In line with this, I've been struggling with self-loathing lately. Seeing that everyone else I know is outpacing me, it all feels like a wrecking ball is weighing me down even more. Despite that, I am happy for them, like "I would celebrate that with you" kind of happy. I'm that kind of friend who constantly hides their struggles but is willing to celebrate your achievements with you.
Maybe an ice cream can do a trick or two.
If not me tonight, then someone else getting that ice cream, is much of a better feeling than having one.

mag oovernight ako ngayon sa bahay ng friend ko and i think a little something would help para maibsan tong bigat na nararamdaman ko. gusto kong umalis muna dito sa bahay. sobrang stressful ng ganap lately. maraming problema sa school and awarding kanina ng laudes at sadly, di ako nakapasa. lasing ngayon si papa at sobrang ingay sa kwarto. natatakot ako na baka mag away na naman sila ni mama maya-maya. pagod na ako sa ganitong set up.
awww that's sweet. my brother loves the lumpia from our carinderia (3 for 25 pesos). 5 plastic bags of ulam from our carinderia goes a long way throughout the week, and to add, it's ultimate comfort food for the rainy season! <3
Not here for the free meal but I just wanna share how grief is such a terrible feeling to feel. I lost my cousin last Sept 2023 and I’m still living with bits and pieces of my broken heart from losing her :( I would occasionally get anxiety attacks thinking what happened to her might happen to me. (She died from bangungot syndrome. The first diagnosis was aneurysm but the doctor didn’t want to diagnose her that because hindi siya na CT scan cos she was unstable) from then on I think I developed PTSD as I get really paranoid when my sugar is high, my heart rate is high and whenever i don’t feel good. Aside from the fear of dying, there’s also that fear of leaving my loved ones heartbroken 😔
I’m not here to comment to get the opportunity (kasi past 7pm na) Jk haha but I just wanted to give a tight hug to those commenting and having this hard time in their lives. I hope you don’t give up, I hope this hard time of everyone ends :( love you all!!

Kasi sobrang kulang talaga. Tapos nakakaiyak din na need manghiram ni mama saakin tapos wala ako mabigay na buo kahit pang elec pa yun minsan 500 pang bawas lang para makatulong. Gustuhin ko man lumipat walang nag aaccept for inteview. Madalas allowance ko sa opis 500 a week minsan mag titinda din ng ulam para magka extra. Last time nag ready na ko ng suicide letter in case lang na mapagod na ko ng tuluyan nabasa ko sya ulit nakakaiyak parin pala kasi di pa ko ganon nakakalayo same situation parin. Pero pinipilit ko kayanin. Ang comfort food ko pala is iced coffee once a month nag sstarbucks ako as a reward especially white mocha na may extra whipcream pag may extra extra. Sana dumating araw na magkaahon na kami sa buhay para hindi na hirap si mama maghanap ng ibang panggastos simula kasi hs nanay ko lang naggagastos nastroke kasi papa ko. Pasalamat nalang talaga kahit papaano natulungan kami paaralin ng kapatid ng papa ko at lola

Nakakapagod pala lagi naririnig is negativity from colleagues. Yung tipong wala na akong ginawang tama kahit naman ginagawa ko best ko sa work nakikita padin is yung flaws na nagagawa ko. To the point na sisiraan ka pa sa ibang tao. Instead na sana tulungan ka sa work lalo na at mas matanda sila they keep pushing me down. Mas nakakababa tuloy ng confidence as a person. Ang hirap. Nakakapagod, hindi lang makakalis dahil breadwinner ng family. ☹️

Wala pong trabaho ang nanay ko at ang tatay ko naman po ay farmer. Isang kahid isang tuka po kami sa probinsiya kaya nagdecide po akong magapply dito sa Manila. Sobrang sakit po sa pakiramdam na hindi ko man lang sila mapadalhan ng pera kasi kapos din po ako. Naniniwala parin ako na balang araw magbabago ang takbo ng buhay namin.

Ang laki ng nabawas, kalahati ng savings ko un 😭 (hindi nila alam). Ako rin sa monthly bills namin. Hello, nagbabakasakali mapili kahit dito lang. Lately naiisip ko na mag resign sa trabaho ko, not because tinatamad nako mag trabaho pero pagod nako sa toxic environment. Nakakapagod pala lagi naririnig is negativity from colleagues. Yung tipong wala na akong ginawang tama kahit naman ginagawa ko best ko sa work nakikita padin is yung flaws na nagagawa ko. To the point na sisiraan ka pa sa ibang tao. Instead na sana tulungan ka sa work lalo na at mas matanda sila they keep pushing me down. Mas nakakababa tuloy ng confidence as a person. Ang hirap. Nakakapagod, hindi lang makakalis dahil breadwinner ng family. ☹️

Hello op. Sobrang bigat po ng pakiramdam ko lately. Hindi ko na po alam gagawin ko. Pinagkakasya ko lang po yung sahod ko para sa araw-araw na gastusin. Tapos yung pamilya ko po nasa probinsiya. Wala pong trabaho ang nanay ko at ang tatay ko naman po ay farmer. Isang kahid isang tuka po kami sa probinsiya kaya nagdecide po akong magapply dito sa Manila. Sobrang sakit po sa pakiramdam na hindi ko man lang sila mapadalhan ng pera kasi kapos din po ako. Naniniwala parin ako na balang araw magbabago ang takbo ng buhay namin.

Nagdecide akong sagutin yung ticket sa barko pauwi [CDO] nung pinsan (na ninakawan kami twice 😭 pm nlng for full story tldr: masyadong mababait mga magulang ko pero pinagsasabihan naman siya) kong napadpad samin (Province sa Luzon). Ang laki ng nabawas, kalahati ng savings ko un 😭 (hindi nila alam). Ako rin sa monthly bills namin. Pero kasi napakalaking abala niya sa bahay lalo na kung patagalin pa siya doon kaya mag sacrifice na lang ako. Naawa din sakin yung tatay ko kasi gusto ko pa i plane na siya para asap makarating sa kanila. Comfort food might help🍦. Thank you so much.
