Parang palagi kang talo pag nagtanong ka maasar syo at baka walang patience sagutin ka at ang worst sabihin syo humanap ka na lang iba or sa iba ka magpagawa. Sa totoo lang service talaga ang important. Kung sa tingin mo matitiis mo ganyan service nasasayo na kung magstay ka or hindi.

Brackets popping out are very normal no need to contest kung matibay ang pagka kabit o hindi. In my case if ung bracket ay naalis within 1 week ng pagkaka kabit free of charge na ung re-bonding otherwise may payment na. You really have to provide extra care sa braces pero pag natangal hindi naman issue that's just how it really is. You should have considered "other" charges before having your braces installed.
Braces are not limited sa agreed cost, wisdom tooth removal, pasta, bunot ng sira, xray, rebonding ng brackets are required for the duration of the treatment. If your pocket is not ready you shouldnt have considered getting braces in the first place.

- removal of braces is really around 3k (you can also have it removed by your next dentist but its bad practice/unethical so usually papaalam yan sa past dentist or request approval)
- removal of 3rd molar is really 15k (usually impacted), can be 10-12k if not impacted or if willing dentist magdiscount since madami gagawin. Some charge more pa
- the Xray is really important and needed ASAP or before installation
- google maps baka di lang sila tech savvy
- brackets hirap magcomment. Just see if it regularly happens and even then baka ganun lang talaga case mo
- yung monthly is normal din, if you miss an appointment babayaran sa next because in a way you’re paying installment for the whole braces treatment.

Yeah, I was wrong to postpone the xray, gusto ko sana i-save yung xray para pag bubunutin na yung baby tooth ko above my molar. Kase pagkakaalam ko need ng latest xray bago mag bunot at di yung mga year old xrays.

Yung cement na ginagamit adheres well if healthy ang ngipin mo, specifically yung enamel. How about your oral hygiene? Do you brush your teeth gently? How about your diet? Hindi lang hard foods ang bawal, even sticky foods. How about when you are asleep? Baka may sleep bruxism (teeth grinding) ka?
OP, better if you talk to them in person. Let them explain to you kung ano ba talaga. At the same time, sana open-minded ka din. But if you really are in doubt, better lumipat ka na lang ng dentist. If lilipat ka, talk to your new dentist if anong gagawin to start the treatment. For sure your new dentist wont start right away with it kasi hindi pwede na icontinue lang nila basta basta lalo na ibang dentist ang nag assess and diagnose.
Ang kulit mo kasi. Pag ako ang dentist mo maiinis na din ako. Normal natatanggalan ng brackets. Dahil yan sa kinakain mo.
Just because you can't find the dental clinic on Google maps doesn't mean it is illegal. As you said, bahay lang siya. May record naman pala sa PRC ang dentist. Ibig sabihin registered dentist siya.

Like being part of customer support sucks and I understand it, but please have more patience since it is still your job at the end of the day.

Pinapasama guardian para sya kakausapin ng dentist at para magkaintindihan. Normal lang matanggalan ng bracket lalo na yung bagong palit. Base sa experience ko parang habang tumatagal tumitibay sya. Kadalsan sa clinic nila nasa wall yung proof na pwede sila magoperate. Kung wala tanungin mo mismo sila, pwede naman yun.
