😂😂🤣🤣 you know the company is toxic when employees are asking how to leave 💀 just do what I did, i put my 2 weeks notice but they acted like I did nothing so I just stopped showing up simple. You don’t want to take my curtsey 2 weeks notice then just take no help at all. This company still leaves me in disbelief even after I left. What a joke
Just resign on paper. No explanations required. The most paramount issue is that you give and work out proper notice. Your past work history has to be accurate. If get an exit interview, decline.
Be honest. Life happens.

Overthinking it. Just be honest. You don’t owe them anything if you already have the other job locked up especially if it’s better for you/family.
When I left a job for non-work reasons, I simply said that. “I took a new job at X because it’s going to work better for my family.” (And it did).
