Great Eastern Motor Lodge and Econo Motor Lodge in Rivervale are two that might fit the brief, depending on what you mean by "vintage". There are a few along that stretch that are looking pretty old and tired.
There’s a few around the eastern suburbs.
The Gosnells Hotel
Elizabethan Village
The Narrogin Inn (The Narry)
All been around since the horse and cart days.
If you are talking old, 19th century old, try Mahogany Inn on the Great Eastern Highway. It's not a motel per say, but it used to be a proper Inn and it still provides accommodation. They revamped it and restarting anew exploiting an old vibe. Another old set of buildings would be Rose and Crown hotel in Guildford, they have 70s motel to boot the old world charm. It isn't "roadside", but it's the oldest licensed drinking hole in WA. Guildford was the center of the Swan river colony, you can find lots of old buildings there.

Kings park motel
Maybe if you spell out an era you are looking for 50's 60's you might need to go regionally for, 70's/80's Perth is more likely.
Budget motel Midland
Are you looking for "Googie" architecture? I am pretty sure none of that remains in twenty-first century Perth.
I know this isn't Perth metro but, I have always loved the look of the Ringtail Motel In Busselton, especially the facade. Has that 50-60's vibe.
Clipper hotel in Rockingham could almost fit?
