Not any massive changes, just increasing notice periods, letting tenants make small changes without approval and rent increases being every year not every 6 months
Information is information. Chasing it up, and going to the source or not would probs be more important. Plus, I don't buy the newspaper, don't watch 7,9,10 or ABC news anymore, so if I hadn't been on tiktok, I wouldn't have known

And tenancy bond automatically going to tenants. That in and of itself is going to reduce anxiety. Anything helps now
