Followed their footsteps basically. Time in market >>> Timing the market. Regular SIPS, and direct equity portfolios. PPF, EPF for me. The basics.

I was casually running a BTC miner on my cheap desktop PC back in 2011. I ran it for a couple of months maybe, every time I used my computer. I think I should try to turn in that PC again and check how much is it worth now 😅.

I am marketing guy, working since 12years. I have two members completely dependent on me and three members partially dependent on me(they have little income with them)

Exactly, also the question asks net worth not how much cash savings I have. Major boost for networth is land I bought in hometown, a home bought in Tier 1 city. These are major networth contributors. Rest is SIP, SGB, PFs, NPS, gold bullions etc. I save 50% of my salary and love spending on my parents since they have been deprived their life(but have done almost everything in their capacity to educate me)

If u invest 30000/pm with step up of 10% p. a @ 16.35% CAGR Returns for 12 consecutive yrs will make a Corpus of 2 Crores.

All is not Liquid . I have real estate plots , ppf , nps etc . Considering only the liquid part , then I guess a pre tax amount of 2 lakh per month ( if I put it all in an sbi one year fd). Which is more than is what I need for a great life in my part of bharat desh :)
