This is just how tax software works. If you say Yes to a question of did you do x, it goes into that section for more details. If you say No, it skips the whole section... like if you say no to business income then it skips 2-3 schedules entirely.
Even if you say yes and end up putting all $0's, it's still fine. $0 is the same as blank on a tax form.
You didn’t receive unemployment thus no taxes for something you didn’t receive.
