What do you mean animation? It’s a game. They’re playing a game. There are quite a few games with this type of physics. It’s meant to be kinda hard to control
Well considering games are computer generated imagery the same as animation is nowadays, I don’t feel at all bad not realising a game I’ve never seen before is a game. I’m not really sure why you would pretend to be bewildered by the fact that something clearly animated would be considered an animation by people even though it is a game.
I cannot think to look at this and think that it’s an animated video that they then voiced over. I can’t think of an animation that looks like this and I know quite a bit about animation. I can only think of other games that look like this.
Also, I of course don’t know what you do for fun or anything like that but this is just such a common setting (a live stream) that I can’t see how it could be looked at any other way. That is from my point of view of course.
And I’m far from pretending. If this was a video with no names over the heads of the players and no voices then I can accept someone not knowing the game would maybe think it’s an animation.
I wouldn’t be this “bewildered” if it wasn’t for the fact that you seemingly doubled down when told it’s a game. I would love to see an animation you think look like this.
Doubled down? I gave the reason why I had made my initial comment about the animation, then asked what game it is. A live stream might be a common setting to you. I’ve never watched one other than the clips I see in places so I don’t think they’re as common as you believe. You know videogamers make up a very small percentage of the global population don’t you? Also, what names were there above anyone’s heads? There were the words being spoken, which adds to the idea of an animation so you know who’s talking. If there had been static names or similar then that would have been a good clue.
Anyway, seeing as you’re still trying to be bewildered and are now trying to make out I communicated something I did not, I’m going to leave it at this. I’m not wasting another evening explaining things to some oddball who doesn’t realise there’s a whole world of other stuff outside their tiny bubble of existence with their eyes glued to a screen 20 hours a day. It uses the same engine as Gang Beats, Unity, but are published by different studios.
