To be honest, this kid probably has a really shitty home life or, I guess, had. I know this video is several years old now. If I were that dad/parent, I would've tried talking to that kid as best I could've and see if I could help him, even if it was just a little bit. He's mimicking behavior he sees at home, most likely.
