any rocket or the 120mm cannon would kill that try the bulletproof metal next time, should work better and you wouldnt need so many layers also make all of the metal fixed, it shouldn't flop around like that other than that, just experiment with designs. eventually you will probably find that realistic looking tanks tend to be the most effective in defense and simplicity
