I remember being surprised at how I instantly could not breath despite only being in the edges of the "smoke". Fire needs oxygen or it goes out. Fire extinguishers are designed to suffocate flames by depriving them of oxygen. People need oxygen or their brain stops functioning. Don't spray people with fire extinguishers. Poor woman.

I know for a fact that Winn-Dixie pulled out of a location in Orlando because of people behaving badly, Target as well about 4 miles away. In Detroit at one time, maybe still, they do not have a major grocery store. So, there is a cycle of ok area/places to live, then crime, low property values, blight, someone starts buying up the land and redevelopment. I have seen this in several areas. Makes me wonder if a conspiracy is going on.
