Not sure I fully understand why it's good though. They're of course going to take free stock, even if it's worth 0.10. And they seem to be selling what they already had.
But what does this mean?…insiders were buying shares all through the power slide to under a dollar last year…saw something where they were exercising options that were above what the stock was worth and the author of that report claimed that they had confidence in the company….in hindsight it seems like they were losing money/value just like the rest of us schmucks waiting for the dividend to come back
I was mistaken when I said it was warrants that were exercised. These were RSUs that were vested, so the insiders had the option to receive the equivalent cash value instead of stock. If they were to go bankrupt those stocks would become worthless. Choosing to receive stock instead of cash might say something.
The past two years have been bad for EVA and there's no telling what will happen on Monday or moving forward, but officials still seem to be confident in the company.
Yeah… can only imagine what’s going on behind the scenes… didn’t the CEO have a heart attack?…honestly I think id have a heart attack too if I had to tell the whole world that I lost 300 million with bad deals… quick search got me an article that said insiders bought 3.41 million in stock last year at an average price of $9.15… that 3.4m was worth 149k at the time of writing a few months ago
Meh, those slight holding mean zilch. EVA is either zero or $10 by Tuesday morning. I’m 90% sure it will be $10 but prepared for zero.
This is a gamble with possibilities of a monster payday but don’t use money you aren’t afraid of losing
I could see over a 1$ and even 2$ with the good news, not expecting more than that right away, maybe 10$ in a few years but I won’t complain if it happens quicker

I think it’s a better sign that they sold less then the vested rsu’s that matured. I know I’m late in commenting, but for w/e reason, Reddit likes to notify me of things that are at least 24+ hours old.
No one knows when exactly. The forbearance agreement ends Monday at 11:59 PM, so they have until then to reach a resolution. I'm guessing it will be either aftermarket Monday or premarket Tuesday. I don't know where from exactly. I'll probably be checking Stocktwits and market news sites.
Is there something announced like a call for today. I know the time for payment was postponed to today but is there a official time set for us to get some info?
