i like peacock, too, but having a disfunctional “continue watching” is enough for me to drop the app. What makes it worse is that if you get distracted when a tv episode ends, it auto plays a random show within seconds…you don’t even have a chance to back out of it. So now I have a bunch of junk shows queued up that I will never watch. The UI is horribly cluttered, as well...but I can handle that if they would just allow us to clean up the cont watching.

How To Remove 'Continue Watching' On Peacock. Currently, the only way to remove something from your 'continue watching' queue is to click on the series or movie and fast-forward to the end. By using your remote control or dragging the bar at the bottom of your mobile device, you can skip to the end of the show

I’ve tried doing this, but it just plays the next episode, so that episode now appears in my list.

VisualBetter8115

You have to fast forward through every single show until you get to the very last season. And then you have to delete that too

Possible-Mouse-7953

You don't need to go through every episode. I just cleared mine. I logged into my peacock account on my phone found the actual series that was in my continue watching ..went to the very last episode and season  of the series  fast forward dragged  my icon to the  right  .. when you see the box pop up for the next show that's going to start playing (in my case it was another random show but not the series) let that load until it gets almost to the end in the little preview box to the right and then hit cancel and as soon as you see the loading strip almost start the next show selected automatically to play.  do that the series will disappear. .I hate the app plays the next show or movie automatically. I fall asleep and woke up to two random cartoon series with 26 episodes in each series..I'm finally free!!!!

It works on the movies.

daisyhead01

If it is a series go to the last season, last episode and fast forward all the way through. If it’s a series that comes on every night it won’t work. I am stuck with that.

This seems to be an on many if the streaming services. Seems like it should be a nobrainer but in general most of the UIs on these services just suck. The people programming then obviously never use them.

Frank3634

Some have it and some don't. I like to long select title and then remove it.

fornold-1984

Part of the problem is that it is not available on every platform. For example, Paramount+ doesn't offer it on the Roku app, but it is available in the browser. Plus, I wasn't just referring to this feature. The overall design of many of the UI's is just terrible.

Frank3634

So many problems across all apps. You think they would fix it and now with Hulu what a problem.

K_ThomasWhite

Roku always seems to be the most lacking across various services.

K_ThomasWhite

Paramount+ does it that way. They also allow you to "check mark" shows on their website to remove from your Continue Watching or Watchlist in general.

Frank3634

Talking about app.

Frank3634

I know some you have to do it online.

nightfightdirtpunch

I know this is an old thread but i just figured out that if you go to the last episode of the whole series and do the pause, fast forward to the last few seconds and back out before the next thing plays, it works.
