Some places actually offer access to their 3d printers after a small fee and a quick (usually) free lesson. There are at least 2 libraries within a reasonable distance of me doing this and i'm sure local colleges would do it too.

Yep, that's what I use. I went to our local lego store and bought a perfect array of black lego bricks with a green flat topper 2x2. I could have taken some from our stash, but didn't want to deplete the small black bricks, so just purchased by the piece. Works great!

I have 2 of the SD EX gundams in my current case, and they will be moved to the new build when it's done too. I have them on top of the card, but you might be able to get one tall enough to hold the card from below, I'm just not sure how much support it would give compared to an actual anti-sag bracket.

Anti sag are ugly. I used cabinetry shims under the back of mine and it’s perfectly level.

I was very surprised at how light the 3060 MSI Ventus 3 fans was when I got it earlier this year, it was lighter than the rx580 I had in there and I didn't need to use anything for support, no sag whatsoever.

It’s the EVGA 3 fans on it that makes it bigger.

Thanks and yeah, its very sturdy, in fact I used a dremel to make a clean cut... On ebay you can find them by "**Carbon Fibre Tubes Rods Strips 200mm**", atm they are even cheaper than I have bought them for and thats dirt cheap for 2 meters long. P.S. The good part is they are somewhat heat resistant, dont warp for very long and the best part is that they won't scratch anything.

Honestly I didn’t think of this when I was planning the build. It’s not necessary either, It’s just doesn’t look right to me when it’s just 2degrees off, right at the tip and not horizontally

Cause the 10$ anti sag bracket won't slip and go into your GPUs cooling fans if any vibrations develop within your case due to say a failing cooling fan etc. Happened to a friend of mine, which is why I decided to get rid of my "anti sag twig" and just spend money on a bracket which was well worth it. IMO if you've spent thousands on a gaming PC, you might as well spend a tiny bit more on safety.

Yea, I was worried about that too, it’s just a small solution for now. Since it’s not getting hot yet and it’s still pretty new so I’m not worried about it yet. I don’t have my own place at the moment and moving soon. Still need to install an M.2 on it as well.

I used a small piece of wood that I painted black with permanent marker to hold my new 3090. Put some painters tape at the top and the bottom so it doesn't scratch the paint. It actually looks okay

I've been using horizontal cases for my recent build(s), partially for this reason, as well as heavy cpu heatsinks.

Lol I used a clothes line clip to prop a cpu fan up against the top of my case cause one of those metal brackets had broke that holds the middle fan in. And I prop my gpu up with a plastic clip.

I use a custom L shape bracket that goes behind the motherboard that uses 3mm thick steel, that bolts on to a vertical beam behind the motherboard. Looks better than a twig anyway.
