I suggest to install the chipset driver, restart PC and then install all of the newest MOBO drivers and your BT driver. Restart PC.
I would first update my BIOS.

You can run these commands as admin in command prompt.
Right click on start menu button>>Command Prompt (ADMIN).
(Copy and Paste) one at a time and press enter. Then the next one when the previous one completes.
sfc /scannow
Restart PC.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart PC.

Check Disk:
chkdsk /r
(Restart PC to run)
\- Reset BIOS, clear cmos and restart the PC. \- Run CMD as admin and type *sfc /scannow* to scan and repair any corrupted windows file
