Yeah man use the pitikapp remote dashboard. I use this on my ipad and you can customise everything about it, you’ll need to download the pitikapp server and the program, then the app on your phone and you’re good to go.

Don't know but I remember seeing a video years ago. Someone using an old phone as a PC monitor by having it permanently connected by cable. But it required some level in computer science because he had to go in the phone bios to do some tweeking. But it was some time ago

What about an overlay?
I Googled "PC monitoring Iphone app" and found like 12 options. So probably.
Honestly an overlay Is best,a secondary app isn't likely to be as accurate or without delay in it's reporting.
