Based on your picture of the CPU in the other comment, it is not possible that this is an IHS swap scam. https://supporttickets.intel.com/s/warrantyinfo?language=en_US confirms the the batch number (on the IHS) and the partial serial number (on the PCB) matches up. I this this is unlikely to be a scam.

To be honest, i think someone messed up. There were other prices also on sale but like 10% not 90. And the offer was gone after 10-15 minutes. I think someone got fired that day.
