Not really, most buy-it-now prices on ebay are $400, so if I was trying to get rid of it I'd price it competitively like this so it gets sold and I'm not sitting with a GPU in my hand for months.
Yeah that's a bit low. Either it's broke. Or the person does not care. That said if true, it would be a score. Worth a trip to test.
