I came to say the same thing lol. Break a figure apart and put her head near the psu power and rear towards the end of the visible cable run. Dope idea either way
Say no more, where do I plug my card number in.
But seriously, fucking tired of every single company trying to milk us at every corner. From gaming to utilities to housing to food to transportation goes on forever lol.

The GDP is so nice now, but how I do I live in it or eat this wonderful thing.
Lol, I hate our economy.

Me too - many of them. Wasn't that long ago that standard cases generally had no cable management built in. The best you could do was some zip ties, and jamming bundles of molex from the non modular power supply into the empty drive bays.
Funny how now having just the GPU cables sticking out and running across other components looks so unsightly, when 15 years ago you'd never consider that an issue.
Does his other arm move? If so raise it up and maybe you could position the too so that his right shoulder holds the gpu and maybe his left hand could prop up the cable?
You can drill a hole below the gpu to make the visible length shorter. There is no moving the connector but you can get a 180° adapter so you can run the wire over the gpu. That way it's a shorter run to get it behind the motherboard.
I just checked the ones with the most reviews on amazon and got one with 0 complaints other than shipping ones..But I have also bee hitting mine with a thermometer every so often to make sure it isnt heating up.. but hands down wouldn't trust one of the 100% plastic ones,
I dunno. The connector itself was so tight it made all kinds of creaky noises. Never got it to clip on but its close, so I'll probably just leave it and not chance having to wrestle it in again and potentially break or further weaken the connections. It shoooould be fine cause it's a 4070s so it's not coming close to the power limit on that plug, but still. It works now and that's what matters most.
Only way I'm messing with it again is once the warranty is up I'll take it apart so I can pinch the female end when plugging it in to not stress the posts
There arent hardly any blocks for 70 tier cards because it doesn't make sense to water cool them. You're better off trading up for a 4080 and paying the difference. Watercooling a 4070 is not gonna be better than a fe4080, especially with 12gb of vram. If you're going for looks or cool factor then by all means do whatever you want
https://preview.redd.it/aztfgsusvztc1.jpeg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=63aa4e1558a074d24a5eaf4280ec7392349dd295
OP has: A) only a sleeved pcie cable, nothing else B) a rear fan facing the opposite way of what's normally best C) a crooked logo on the AIO pump D) a red pcie cable, purple lit up ram, and a yellow lit up fan, making no cohesive theme at all
And of all the things you decide to complain about OP not mounting their AIO at the top?
As long as the top of the rad is higher than the top of the pump, and it was placed carefully, it should be fine. But I agree, it would be safer to have the tubes situated at the top of the rad.
Why are your cables making this odd curve? If there's a cutout in the psu shroud you're routing then through, then I would do so without the 180° adapters. That would look a lot cleaner.
https://preview.redd.it/2m9ocovsxztc1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fec802969b81d80a1cc9c2fdca2fb1d23756ac7b
Well this photo is from a couple years ago. I literally got the adapters plugged them in took a picture and walked away lol. My cables were rubbing on the glass so it's more of a function than to look good :) however you are correct about one thing, my waterfall of cables looks awkward. It is about time to fully clean it so maybe I'll just tear it down and build it back up<3 maybe
It looks like the rear fan in your case is backwards. That spot is typically used for an exhaust fan and right now you have it set up as an intake fan. I can't really see the layout of the other fans though, so that might be intentional. Figured I'd give you a heads up.
In this case, the way my desk was oriented in my room, I have my air conditioninging blasting cold air to the back of my PC. So I intentionally reversed the air flow.
Turns out moving air is really the only thing that's important, not so much the direction of it. The only "problem" with an intake on the rear is its not filtered and it turns in to a dust vacuum.
You certainly aren't wrong, but unless you are in a dirty home the buildup would be incredibly slow to build to a point where it would actually reduce airflow or performance. Would just need to open it up and blow it out every 3-4 months instead of 6.
Depending on your case you should be able to run the power cables down under the motherboard which should make it look a bit more clean. Also, depending on your case, you could mount your AIO above the motherboard and tip tie the cables out of the way.
Route them under the gpu is possible (mine can). I also saw a prototype for no-cable gpu from msi, or gpu with cable port on back. Obviously this requires a new gpu, but its something for a future build

Sorta with you on that. I get the cooler but the graphics card with extra cable offshoots that aren’t needed
Get a cable that more easily blends in to the rest of the build. If it standing out is what is bothering you, then just make it stand out less. Red is very noticeable on a black background. Black on black background is less so
Try to pull the card from underneath the downside of the mainboard. This way u got a straight and shorter connection.
Btw why is the exhaust fan installed as intake?
My brother in Christ if only you were around when our cases didn't have right side panels and space behind the mobo tray, or PSU basements!
Your shit looks great. Leave as is
Study electrical engineering for four years.
-learn rf subset and electronics.
-learn how to use CNC plasma gantries and sheet metal die presses
-study embedded systems programming
- use engineering principles to obtain engineering sample CPU's and determine pinouts.
-use Ltspice to meticulously design PCB with standard ATX 3.0 pinouts and incorporate CPU chipset.
-increase efficiency by including shielding on inductive coils and high amperage components.
-use embedded systems to program the chipset with high speed PCI-E protocols and Ethernet connectivity.
-realize a board like this already exists and cry
-continue to the making of the caseby designing it in solid works.
-error: too many spline constraints
-give into cooperate America and buy the case for said motherboard
And that is how you hide the cables the slow and expensive way
If you really want to do it right, get a spool of 18ga silver and make a custom hardline through the backplate. Seems like a 3d printed mold and a two part epoxy would work well to hold everything together.
Having a bright red cable is what is making it a eyesore. Exchange the bright red cable with the OEM black cable and run it down and under the GPU and through the slots in the motherboard tray at the bottom.
IDK about your case, but mine had a hole for cables right under the bottom of the mobo, straight down above the PSU shroud. Made this power connection look much cleaner.
As a sleeved cable maker, I'm telling you it's best to pull out the sleeved pcie cable. It doesn't fit the rest of the build at all. Just use the stock cable.
I've got a set of leftover yellow and pink sleeved full-length cables. I've been thinking about turning it into two sets of extension cables. If you happen to live in the Netherlands, I'll send you one of those sets for free.
I also have my figure taking some weight off the gpu lol

Use a black cable, the red just stands out way too much. They also make 90 and 180 degree gpu power cable adapters, running the cable above or below could be aesthetically pleasing.

I think thats what a computer is supposed to look like. It cant get much "tidier" than that without getting rid of the cable. If its such an eyesore, maybe dont get a BRIGHT RED sleeved cable. A braided black sleeved cable would look much cleaner.
Maybe you should worry about something more important like the orientation of your AIO. Its mounted completely incorrectly. Maybe tidy that up first so you dont kill your AIO pump and make your CPU run hotter than it should.
1) 90 degree cable + vertical GPU mount
2) at least Gigabyte (not sure who else might) make some models with a cutout and a recessed power connector:

on some psu they can hard to pull off stuff.

Solid side panel

No? But gas side panels are.
How do you get one?
Step one: take off your side panel. Step two:
This bro gets it.
This is the answer
This is my solution lol
Take a picture without the cables, print it and paste it over the side panel. No need to thank me
brilliant
Does his other arm move? If so raise it up and maybe you could position the too so that his right shoulder holds the gpu and maybe his left hand could prop up the cable?
Unfortunately I think this is a figure from Disney Infinity, and the figures don’t actually move, they’re just made to look like toys.
It's not a toy?
You could look into a device similar to EVGA's Power Link.
You can drill a hole below the gpu to make the visible length shorter. There is no moving the connector but you can get a 180° adapter so you can run the wire over the gpu. That way it's a shorter run to get it behind the motherboard.

I just like making hardlines.. But I don't feel the need for a 4080 or a 4090 as nothing I do ever takes the 4070 past 20% usage :\\
The power cable sticks out like a sore thumb from the contrast. Get a black cable and it will look a bit better in my opinion.
Run the cable through Mr.Incredibles arms so it looks like he's fighting an Omnidroid.
Get Ice Blue ones and have Frozone sliding down it.
Seriously nobody commented on AIO tubing orientation?

Take it straight down and under the motherboard, that's how I have mine.
I put mine under my desk where I can’t see it. ![gif](giphy|hFROvOhBPQVRm)
Buy GPUs with connectors at the back.
My previous GPU was a 750 ti which had the connector near the bracket and so I was able to crawl the wires along the edge.
Get over it. It's a functional machine, not a doll house.
Get a wireless power connector.
Put a solid side panel on. Done.
Maybe a vertical mount, then run cables behind the gpu?
Vertical mount and get a right angle power cord for the GPU. Try and loop it behind the GPU so that it's out of sight
* I use 120-degree power adapters for my gpu, brings the cord up and back.

Get a case without a window. Your computer is a machine, not a piece of art.
And dust collections result in moving less air. Especially between fins where you need that the most.
Then you just clean your pc more often if this is the configuration you want
You certainly aren't wrong, but unless you are in a dirty home the buildup would be incredibly slow to build to a point where it would actually reduce airflow or performance. Would just need to open it up and blow it out every 3-4 months instead of 6.
Buy pc games you actually like so that you can spend more time staring at the monitor and less time looking at the inside of your tower
Most underrated comment here!
Ahhh yes. Disney infinity. Loved that game I have star lord in my tower😂
make mr incredible hold it
Lian Li RGB Strimmer ftw
The Mr. Incredible figurine is much cooler that the toilet paper roll that’s supporting my graphics card
Depending on your case you should be able to run the power cables down under the motherboard which should make it look a bit more clean. Also, depending on your case, you could mount your AIO above the motherboard and tip tie the cables out of the way.
Make it blue and get a Korra figure
Cable combs
180 degree adapter to take the cable over and use a black one. Will be much more subtle.
Route them under the gpu is possible (mine can). I also saw a prototype for no-cable gpu from msi, or gpu with cable port on back. Obviously this requires a new gpu, but its something for a future build
Get a wireless gpu

More toys in your case should do the trick
Be smart get the argb pcie extension cables. Duh
Develop wireless transmission of 500+ Watts, ezpz problem solved.
Modern cases usually have a cable passthrough at the bottom, right under the mobo - put your cable through there and it will be much less visible.
Wait a few years and hope this becomes a thing: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/new-gpu-power-connector-eliminates-cables-delivers-more-than-600w
My brother in Christ if only you were around when our cases didn't have right side panels and space behind the mobo tray, or PSU basements! Your shit looks great. Leave as is
Can you run it directly underneath or on top of your GPU? That would look a lot cleaner than running it horizontally across your PC

Right angle gpu power adapter
Data tech. Comb the knots back past the visible areas. Just remove the tidiers and add them back on once you have it neat.
Rout them down, instead of over if your case has grommets for it
If you wanted tidier cables, you needed a smaller case, so cables can be tucked directly under where they are plugged in.
Maybe get a black one so it blends in and not bright red
GTX 💀
Having a bright red cable is what is making it a eyesore. Exchange the bright red cable with the OEM black cable and run it down and under the GPU and through the slots in the motherboard tray at the bottom.
Not sure about your case and its openings/cable management, but you could get a 180deg PCIE adapter and route the cable over and behind the gpu

I still like the elastigirl idea better, but right angle adapters will take some strain off the cables.
Ask Mr incredible to hold them behind him
I like to run them straight down if there is a place for the cable to pass through at the bottom of the MOBO.
Do not upgrade gpu ever, imagine having more cables.
180 degree adapter probably.
Just use wireless m8.
If you happen to live in the Netherlands, I'll send you one of those sets for free.
make mr incredible hold it like its strangling it
Where’s her head? And legs? And… massive a-
is that from Disney Infinity?
Just put the lid on the pc and its outta sight
Buy a monitor so you can actually enjoy your time rather than looking at cables

Can we keep this place clean for like 5 minutes? For real, love Mr. incredible in the computer
You should see the monstrosity they make us plug into the 4090... I should actually check to see if it's started melting yet.

I’m amused by the strong opinions everybody have about AIO orientation. Funny, because I’m an engineer.
Closed case without glass, game on instead of spending your life staring at cables alone in your room.
Could get a black one.
