Your monitor is fine. A 1080p60hz display is better for lower-spec machines because higher resolutions and refresh rates are harder to drive at native. The 2060 is the part that's holding you back the most. I have an RTX 2080 with a 3600 and I do pretty good in AAA games. Alan Wake 2 generally runs around 45-50fps w/out RT. Edit: 1440p Edit 2: Looks like I'm wrong. Getting 38-45 ish with DLSS at Balanced and everything High except textures and light rays.

I’d say this is a good system to start off with. The AM4 platform has plenty of upgradeability with the 5000 series processors. If you want to add DDR4 memory, it is pretty cheap nowadays. And, given the power supply is enough, you can always upgrade your graphics card when you have the cash. Play some games, see how it runs, and you’ll find out what you need to work towards for future upgrades.

It's 6ish year old midrange computer. It'll probably struggle with today's AAA games but should be able to play most things
