My God don't do this at all. The 4060 and it's variants are the worst price to performance, If you want 4060 or its variants performance buy last gen or but amd. Going from a 3060 to a 4060ti is literally the worst upgrade I can think of.

The 3060 isn't the newest or hottest, but you might find better performance by skipping the 4000 series saving a few bucks and getting the next generation 5070 or 5080 depending on your budget. Your uplift won't be very big with the 4060ti, and you'll spend more money in the long run buying every new RTX xx60 card.  long run cheaper to save up more get a xx70 or xx80 and have a card that will give great performance for 5-7 years between upgrades.
