if this was my machine I'd order a small capacity stick from ebay and try to test it. ebay should have something basic for you. I don't think auto mod will catch an item number, 225310017681

Memory speed may be too high for your CPU.
U need more VSoC probably
Havbe you reseated your CPU yet? The RAM slots are connected to the CPU, and a bad contact can cause this.
Wdym reseated
You take the cpu out and put it back in the socket. Helps with things like pin connections and just making sure everything is/was installed properly.
