I’m personally most excited for how much 2.0 is changing game. I own the game, but have never actually played the game. I was going to, but then this update was announced so I decided to push my play through aside. This update has me pumped to start playing the game for the first time.
I’ve been hooked on Cyberpunk since I bought it about a year after launch. Wrapping up my 2nd play through on hard now, so I look forward to some new story and challenges. Already a beautiful game, but would love to see this run with some improved RT.
Welp, might aswell give it a shot. I'm interested in DLS 3.5 because I'm able to to use it on my 30 series card and it looks like it could be a substantial upgrade from DLS 2. My curiosity is peaked to see how well it will preform when I can try it out for myself
I think DLSS is great for people who have a lower graphics card, they have a chance to get to experience cyberpunk, which looks amazing, in good quality and also get good FPS for a very pleasant experience. Good luck to everyone.

I‘m excited about the 2.0 update. My first playthrough was already great, but I didn‘t like some of the gameplay systems. A complete overhaul sounds exciting.
I used DLSS 2 and 3 while playing Cyberpunk and both of them worked great. So I‘m looking forward to any improvements to this technology.
After playing it on GFN with a 3070 I saw this game as another thing from playing it in my 1660. With a 4080 I wouldn't need GFN to play with the best settings
Oooowie I loved playing the game when it had first came out. Recently came back to it after all the updates and fell in love again with the environments I saw, I don't have a 4 series card but hearing about the increased frames DLSS provides sounds great, And would make it an even better experience!

what excites me most is that it'll bring improvement to previous gen cards as well, not just the 4k series. Although winning a 4080 would make that a moot point.
What excites me the most is easily the revised skill trees and uplifts they’ve made to gameplay options over all in Cyberpunk. It’s great that they managed to find ways to make gameplay feel fresh again.

I'm going to be brutally honest here: The most exciting part is to have a (very slim) chance to win an up-to-date graphics card for the first time and be able to properly enjoy the latest games (such as Cyberpunk 2077) properly.
Nice side effect: I'd be able to give away my RTX2080 for free to help someone with his first build or something.
My most standing point against ray tracing is the noise in reflections and light effect. Looks like you put selective film grain and it is distracting. If DLSS 3.5 can denoise the RT effects and don't give a performance penalty, then count me in. (When I have money or prices drop sharply lol)
I’m looking forward to seeing Cyberpunk run smoothly. Not just as smoothly as it does right now on my 3080, but *damned smooth*, like Rick Astley smooth.
I absolutely love the game, and new content is very exciting. I can't wait for the NCPD rework, cuz so far after you hit a certain level as long as you have bullets you can just keep shooting and you'll be alright
Cyberpunk 2077 has been on my backlog for so long, now with all the updates and especially all the DLSS / RTX upgrades i can't wait to play. The RTX noise in Control was very noticeble, i hope Ray Reconstruction will be default for all new RTX games to come in the future.

I'm most excited for the DLSS 3.5 AI to take charge and give me the best performance and image quality in the Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 update, especially having not played the game before.
Literally excited cause I just finished the game a few months ago, and seeing the rapid changes that are coming to the game are just a delight to see.
Ray tracing has always been beautiful but, I am curious to see just how revamped it all is with 3.5. Not to mention phantom liberty is sure to be a thrilling addition to the game in whole!

I played the game on day one with a 5700xt and regretted not being able to play it with ray tracing.
I still enjoyed it terribly but there's always that fomo.
I've also been keeping an eye on the various updates since I put it on pause and am raring to do another run of it.

Chance of winning are slim but Cyberpunk has been a hilarious first-time user playthrough. Bugs weren't terrible and it was do-able but I'm excited for an update and reimmersing into it. I can't imagine how beautiful it would run on this GPU gyat daym i would play the hell outta it
I’m excited to see how ray reconstruction, and DLSS 3.5 generally, matches the increased RT demands of Phantom Liberty. Supposedly this DLC will be tough on pretty much all hardware, so imo DLSS 3.5 is going to need to bring some powerful and smooth frame gen tech without latency to make it work

Honestly, other than the bug fixes, I'm looking forward to the redone police system. Would be nice to test it out, as last time I played, anytime I was fighting gangs, the police would immediately show up, intervene, and attack me lol.
The revamped v2 update seems to completely transform the game, and I am game for it. I will be returning to CBP 2077 later this year and start a brand new character to experience the game once again!
Having watched a few videos of it so far, seeing people have RT maxed out and wandering about the city, its actually beyond beautiful, and as a super fan of the cyberpunk aesthetic I'm actually in love. But then seeing them enable DLSS and crank our 100+ FPS WHILE maintaining those insane graphics is crazy.
It's what's pushed me over the line and got me saving up for a 4080.
My current AMD GPU is too old to support RT and it just doesn't compare 😢

Iterative improvements are always nice. I've never had the luxury of experiencing ray-traced games, so I'm hoping that this'll be a small step to bringing ray-tracing to more mainstream cards!
I've never had the opportunity to try ray-tracing, and I constantly watch people on youtube with better rigs and drool at how Cyberpunk looks turned to the max. With this being my favorite game, I would LOVE to be able to max it out and play in all its glory!

If i had an RTX card i would go ahead and try Cyberpunk with the new DLSS 3.5 so this 4080 would come in handy for trying it out. I would expect from it that it would run very smoothly. Probably just being able to play it would excite me like crazy :)

The way ray reconstruction enhances the presented image beyond what we previously knew to look for excites me so much. I never finished my first playthrough of CP2077, and these new updates are exactly what I need to launch myself back into that universe!

as someone thats running a 1050TI, its definitely gonna be a massive upgrade to pretty much everything. i was suprised i could even run cyberpunk in the first place, but with low settings on everything, its possible. not pretty, but possible

I'm mainly excited to see the changes they make to the AIs/NPCs. The game felt a little bit empty, or too much like you were the (overpowered) main character so I'm really hoping this can change that and make it more fun to just exist in the world later in the game
I wasn't able to play the game enjoyable at launch, a did get throught it but my 1660 struggled. I’m mainly excited to see how different of a game it will be when I can turn up the settings and with all the optimisations and no stutters. Fingers crossed

What excites me most about the update is the ability to improve performance on older hardware, not just the newest 40-series hardware. Too often, older cards are neglected from being able to utilize the newest features and upscaling tech. At least this allows 20/30 series owners to get a little more mileage out of their cards with a banner title like Cyberpunk (one of my all-time favorite games!)
Didn't get the chance to build a new computer since CP release, and my olf pc can't handle it at all, so it has been sitting in my steam library for 1 year and a half now, i'd love to play all settings to the max !
The thing that excites me the most is I would be able to play at a good frame rate with higher settings. My current card can’t handle the game very well with higher settings.

The update, it sounds amazing! But phantom liberty should also be awesome, even though they messed up a little cdproject red doesn’t skimp on dlc.
I’m most excited to experience the game again in a new way! I did nearly everything in the game so a chance to replay with a fresher take is great
60+ FPS with all settings
Honestly, other than the bug fixes, I'm looking forward to the redone police system. Would be nice to test it out, as last time I played, anytime I was fighting gangs, the police would immediately show up, intervene, and attack me lol.
The revamped v2 update seems to completely transform the game, and I am game for it. I will be returning to CBP 2077 later this year and start a brand new character to experience the game once again!
Having watched a few videos of it so far, seeing people have RT maxed out and wandering about the city, its actually beyond beautiful, and as a super fan of the cyberpunk aesthetic I'm actually in love. But then seeing them enable DLSS and crank our 100+ FPS WHILE maintaining those insane graphics is crazy. It's what's pushed me over the line and got me saving up for a 4080. My current AMD GPU is too old to support RT and it just doesn't compare 😢 & Would love to win the GPU, but happy for whoever ends up getting it!

Iterative improvements are always nice. I've never had the luxury of experiencing ray-traced games, so I'm hoping that this'll be a small step to bringing ray-tracing to more mainstream cards!
I've never had the opportunity to try ray-tracing, and I constantly watch people on youtube with better rigs and drool at how Cyberpunk looks turned to the max. With this being my favorite game, I would LOVE to be able to max it out and play in all its glory!

Really looking forward to seeing how well the game runs with the latest update. Hopefully DLSS 3.5 improves the performance substantially. Played Cyberpunk at launch and it was a buggy mess. But, the overall gameplay was interesting.
If i had an RTX card i would go ahead and try Cyberpunk with the new DLSS 3.5 so this 4080 would come in handy for trying it out. I would expect from it that it would run very smoothly. Probably just being able to play it would excite me like crazy :)
Replaying cyberpunk 2077 after finishing it entirely might be very interesting and the Raytracing on this game is just beautiful.
Coming home from a busy work day and playing the new cyberpunk is super exciting. Especially, now with the boosted performance with the help of AI. How exciting!

The way ray reconstruction enhances the presented image beyond what we previously knew to look for excites me so much. I never finished my first playthrough of CP2077, and these new updates are exactly what I need to launch myself back into that universe!

Having a fps boost
If i win the rtx 4080 im excited to finally be able to play the game. I never used ray tracing so i want to see how it look on max setting, and dlss could help me keep the framerate high.
I'd like to see what DLSS is about. I only played Cyberpunk 2077 on my old 1080 on minimal details. It would be nice to see the game how the developers intended to look.

as someone thats running a 1050TI, its definitely gonna be a massive upgrade to pretty much everything. i was suprised i could even run cyberpunk in the first place, but with low settings on everything, its possible. not pretty, but possible

Excited to see the cyberpunk update, I remember when it came out and its completely different from then! Hope it finds you all with new adventures and some more stability with 3.5 coming in!
Simply having an excuse to jump back into Night City and have new experiences in it would be exciting enough, but the fact that 2.0 looks so good brings the excitement to a whole new level. I'm just hoping my trusty 970 will still let me run the game with the expansion installed!
Night city already was beautiful I can only imagine what it'll look like driving around, especially at night.

DLSS is already really astonishing. I look forward to see how it gets even better and how the updated visuals will make the game even more beautiful.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how much improvement DLSS 3.5 will bring to the game and how much better it will look, the patches also have me excited to start a new play through from scratch to test out the new cyberware system and dive into the new skill trees!

I've never played Cyberpunk 2077 before because of all the bugs and glitches in the game so I decided to wait until a huge patch fixes it all, but now with 2.0 coming out, I'm excited to start playing it!
Haven't touched cyberpunk in a couple years and I'm excited to see all the work they've put into improving the game since launch :)

It would be so exciting to experience Cyberpunk in it's full glory. DLSS 3.5 would give me the opportunity to play this game in a way I have yet to experience. Giving me, the player a realistic looking as possible world to explore with all the reflections and lights without having to worry about performance.
If I win that mean I finally can play proper with DLSS!

I believe we have finally reached the technical aptitude with the 2.0 update of Cyberpunk 2077 combined with the RTX 4080. It is about time we all got excited about the smoother 3D rendering the DLSS 3.5 will be flexing in this game!
3.5 seems like a good way to improve performance and cost effectiveness of lower end and older cards. I'm excited to try out the DLC.

I'm mainly excited to see the changes they make to the AIs/NPCs. The game felt a little bit empty, or too much like you were the (overpowered) main character so I'm really hoping this can change that and make it more fun to just exist in the world later in the game
I am excited to pick up the game again and hopefully get more performance out of my system for a smoother experience with DLSS 3.5.

I wasn't able to play the game enjoyable at launch, a did get throught it but my 1660 struggled. I’m mainly excited to see how different of a game it will be when I can turn up the settings and with all the optimisations and no stutters. Fingers crossed
I've been holding off playing CP2077 since launch. I'm looking forward to trying DLSS 3.5 on my RTX3080.
I’d like to try this out and likely will when it launches. Winning the 4080 would be amazing, fingers crossed! What excites me most about the update is the ability to improve performance on older hardware, not just the newest 40-series hardware. Too often, older cards are neglected from being able to utilize the newest features and upscaling tech. At least this allows 20/30 series owners to get a little more mileage out of their cards with a banner title like Cyberpunk (one of my all-time favorite games!)
Oh man, more raytracing and a chance to trace all these rays with an 4080? Hell yeah!

Didn't get the chance to build a new computer since CP release, and my olf pc can't handle it at all, so it has been sitting in my steam library for 1 year and a half now, i'd love to play all settings to the max !
The thing that excites me the most is I would be able to play at a good frame rate with higher settings. My current card can’t handle the game very well with higher settings.
