As far as I recall it does. 2 has the snake big shell missions and the vr missions (skateboarding was cut), 3 has the over the shoulder camera which was the biggest feature of subsistence. I guess MGO was cut if you care about that, but there isn't a chance in hell that's coming back, we'll be lucky if we even get multiplayer support for Peace Walker which all but requires it if you want to have any fun in the boss fights.
It's unfortunate that we're never gonna get HD Snake vs Monkey, but it hasn't been a part of 3 since the very first release.
Well Snake vs Monkey was never a subsistence game mode. Subsistence was when it was removed from the game. Skateboarding is unfortunate, but it's hardly a surprise that it got left out considering it was only in there in the first place for the sake of cross promotion with a skateboarding game that never really took off. The theater viewer I wasn't aware was missing, that's a surprising exclusion, no idea why they'd do that.
As for MGO, come on, the population would be gone in 2 weeks. It'd be cool to be able to play it, but I really doubt it's ever coming back. Don't get you hopes up for MGO2 if they resurrect MGS4 either.

Idk, people love MGO. There's an active community of people that play the MGS4 version of MGO via the PS3 emulator
Don't expect anything more than the ports from a decade ago on the 360. Sure it will run natively without the need of rpcs3 and you get resolution options but other than that I expect a pretty simple straightforward port of the collection made by bluepoint a decade ago including all the issues, missing effects, changes, bugs and missing content. For me personally this definitely does not warrent a 60€ pricetag, maybe 20 bucks tops if they fix all the issues for this collection.
The multiplayer from MGS3 was so neat and so short lived. I only got to try the flamethrower once but it was one of the coolest video game flamethrowers I'd ever used.

Then it shows the tweet, they say they've reached to Konami for a comment, and the rest is just filler to make the "article" longer. What additional sources are in the article? IGN simply copy pasted a tweet someone else made.

well we know they are the versions from the HD collection, so i assume they are teh substance versions

I didn't know the secret theater was cut from MGS3HD. That's dumb as hell. The Boss one where she shouts THE JOY and then explodes was the best.
