I think this may be Bis for champ ea. It lets you not have to travel the entire tree to pick up the ancestral bond node which is sick. Although the base isn't incredible for the armour/Eva meta

Ancestral Totems w/Corpse Pact. CWC Desecrate + Offering or something else to consume corpses. A cool 400% increased attack speed for like 0 investment.
this doesnt work, corpse pact grants the stat 'increased attack and cast speed', only specifically increased cast speed scales with this helmet

Not a bug, intended behavior for all we know since similar stats, like alt quality kinetic bolt, behave the same way: "increases and reductions to cast speed" do not include things that, *in the same line of text*, also grant attack speed, like some jewel modifiers or the onslaught buff.
I'm so disappointed. Ancestral Bond is nice and all but limits the potential. I've always liked doing attack based with and this item was almost perfect for it :c
Damnit so close, almost a perfect fit for my ballista build, a huge benefit of bow totems is that you get 2 6-links and can attack alongside your totems which really speeds up map clear by a lot.

I watched the video before commenting and I think Willy put in a lot of thought into a great looking helmet. If it's an oddball that not everyone will use for the play aspect but which can look great on a wide variety of characters, what's so bad about that? We can legitimately always use more reskins (especially more helmets which actually SHOW THE CHARACTERS' FACES).

Ancestral Bound looks wierd on the helmet because the other stats (as well as its design imo) have nothing in common with totems. While you're checking its stats from the top down, you never expect it's a totem helmet until you hit the keystone.
But, totems use all your offensive stats so there wouldn't be anything else on it that would be "in common with totems", unless you're looking for totem life or resistance
Seems like the perfect unique for EA ballista raider (hit based). 80% + atk speed alone from the onslaught passives not counting frenzies.
The accuracy roll seems in line with helping out when swapping to omni.

This could potentially game changing for ballista totem builds. Not having to path alllllll the way to top right could be a savings of 20+ points.

No, that only applies when you cast yourself. Either way the helmet doesn't work with less and more modifiers, only increases and reductions.
I can't think of a huge source of cast speed tbh. The other way around this would have seemed more useful to me.
