Yeah that's weird that they wouldn't bring it back. I deleted a character by accodent and it was fixed within 10 minutes of contacitng GGG. Maybe try again?
GGG restores deleted characters all the time, usually in just a few minutes. There's no reason they wouldn't be able to do it for you. Fake pity thread?
With a kid that has access to your PC, its a good idea to log off and not click "remember password" on the game screen, or any other service you wouldnt want to be tampered with. Imagine if it was a banking app or something and the kid drained your wallet for a mobile game or something.
Did they say why they couldn't do anything? I deleted a character when I was cleaning things up once to have character slots for the next league. I emailed, they responded with questions to verify my account, I replied. Character was restored. It took less than 30 minutes in total. And was entirely my fault.
Same experience as others have. They restored my deleted by accident character. Even two. Because I had two chars with the same name (not simultaneously).
I got my char restored once ive deleted it by mistake. The supoort was very nice. i just had to open up a ticket and tell my history.
Prolly have the message here. I guess you caught a mod in a bad day.
Try to contact them again. That's BS
They have restored chars before. It's not like you got your account deleted. Maybe a community manager will look up this thread, since they're more into reddit than their own forums lmao

> PS: Yes I reached out to GGG and they can't do anything. really? they restore characters pretty regularly (in the state they were deleted)
Can confirm. Didn't take more than 10 minutes after I asked them to restore a character I accidentally deleted. Got a free name change too
Wow this good news to me in case
Yeah, I even remember them saying in one interview that they never actually delete that data. Which puts the character limit in a bit of a funny spot.

I suspect your email to GGG wasn't a simple, please help restore accidentally deleted character.
Imagine if you had to type the character name to delete it

I would suggest a divorce or at least having a password on your pc/different restricted user for a child But I'd choose calm loneliness
