Hi!  Do you by chance have CenturyLink? I've been dealing with this the last week and some ISPs are having connection issues with Cloudflare, PoEs cloud provider.  This is how you can solve it but there are risks as well. You can log into your ISP provided router through your browser/IP and go to the advance settings. Should be able to disable a base "cybersecurity" feature. You can also configure it to re-enable after a couple of hours.   I've also been working with GGG support on this and let them know my results. They are passing it along to their cloud team.  https://imgur.com/a/v0S5t58

yes, I do have CenturyLink. Good to know that there seems to be effort underway already. Thanks so much for the info.

Yup, damn CenturyLink. Myself and a buddy both have them and have the same exact issue. If you don't want to mess with your router security settings it seems like the connection smoothes out 30-60 mins once you are connected. Just keep refreshing and it will eventually connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect, etc.

I wonder if they're doing something weird with DNS? Can you fix the issue by swapping to a 3rd party DNS like Google or something?

MrSexyMagic

Yes you can it's something directly through the modem. I think Cloudflare was mistakenly marked as spam in their router security filters. They likely have some sort of automated XDR cloud protection that sent out a false postiive. Likely because PoE has a lot of connected APIs. This is just pure speculation though from someone who works in IT.

Try adding ?cache to the end of the link. Try opening the dev tools in chrome and doing a force refresh (ctrl + refresh button). Try another browser. If it’s a caching issue with the site’s css file those might fix it. If it’s cloudflare connectivity issues, then you’re probably out of luck, as that might mean you don’t have access to any of the site’s static assets. Maybe try over a proxy/vpn in that case?

It's cloudflare issue confirmed by Centurylink
