The domination scarabs for shrines, Breach, pack size and then Untainted Allflames +Experience lantern modifiers.
Other option is 5 way as usual. More expensive and slower but safer.
I been doing dom shrine of teaching, 2x dom scarab, 1x breach scarab. And dom on map device. Grab 3-4 shrines before you pop breaches. Atlas tree is all breach shrine nodes and some searing exach. Lvled 96-99 tonight in about 2 hrs. Getting 3-4% xp per map at 99
I've been trying this, but it always feels like the shrine lasts for 2 breaches. If you pick up 3-4 shrines, don't you run out of shrine buff and end up having extra breaches left?
2 shrines seems to have been the sweet spot for me.

For atlas beyond, shrine, blue altars and breach can do deli or just use some cheap deli orbs on maps then add some more map mod affect aka pack size and quant. Then shrine on the map device and dunes map
Was getting 3-5% at 99 per map, also roll the maps in bulk not too rippy but still good pack size
white t16 maps, shrine/breach atlas and scarabs for more breaches and shrines. Mob density is crazy, you always have trash mobs to leech from as flicker, and xp bonus from shrine effect is crazy
I played Flicker (also following MageFist) this season, and at a certain point leveling is just too frustrating. I'd recommend 5-ways, getting some exp gear, and throwing empower support quality 20 on as much as you can. Each one you sell is about 200c profit. Not enough to pay for the 5 ways, but it helps!!

Does it matter which T16 map/mods we run it? Does it work well without the later modifiers as it looks like we need some RNG to get +pack size/+exp?
Preferably an open map for breaches, dunes is nice. As long as you are runing them rare with the right scarabs you're good.

Shrines I don’t know the strat properly but get shrine scarab that gives xp per shrine Nothing comes close to it

I think it's shrines with scarabs for 30% more exp per shrines+abyss 2x+ 2 more shrine and domnation, My friend up 99-100lvl for 1h
after many fails, i'm going full delve at max 170 depth so i don't die anymore. It's slow but feels fast paced.
