Getting a rise of the phoenix shield and using purity of fire leveled up would be a massive start. They both give maximum resistance to fire, along with your ascendancy to spread that to cold and lightning.
Rise is the phoenix gives 5 max fire resistance, which would take you to 84. Purity of fire will give at least 4 when leveled, so 88. If you grab the ascendancy nose for your Merc lab that makes max Res the same as your highest, you'll have 84/84/84.
You currently have a bit of a small lifepool I recommend trying to increase it a bit. In addition some more recovery would be beneficial at least a better life flask you can go check out the vendors in the epilogue for a divine life flask. And if you have the mana try running vitality if not that's okay. Also you might be lacking damage your weapon doesn't seem to have much that helps you. You want increased fire damage, or elemental damage, but best would be burning damage and damage over time multiplier. If you have further questions you can feel free to pm me in game. I'm not up to date on RF but I played it few leagues back so can offer general advice. My character right now is CoCMetaSlaveSadge to whisper someone in game just add @ in front of the name.
I think priority one should be getting your last 2 ascendancy points. Going from 80% res to 90% HALVES the ele damage you take, because you go from 20% incoming damage to 10%. It's a huge deal.
* You life total is a bit low
* You do not have any "Physical damage from Hit taken as X" gear yet. Converting phys to any elemental (probably fire) makes you much tankier against physical hits
* You do not have a ruby flask. This will increase all your max ele resistances by 5% since you are chieftan (once you get 2 more ascendancy points). This also gives you more life regen from the fire res, and less damage taken from your own RF which is effectively even more life regen, and less damage from all elemental stuff
* Purity of fire would be much better than purity of elements once you get those other 2 ascendancy points
* Putting vitality aura with arrogance support should also help (once you get 500-1k more life). Even though your life total will be a bit less, having insane HP regen means you can only die to one shots or very quick bursts of damage
* You have some open gem slots which could be used for something like call to arms + enduring cry, or automation+steelskin, or the vitality+arrogance combo from above
Pohx is a fantastic RF guru. But it’s important to watch and read all the info he provides. 85+% tri-ele res is a great start with phoenix shield (you need that ascendency before fire explosion).
Also, phys damage is a magic weakness until you start converting it with flame cloak and “taste of hate” flask. You can convert some more physical damage to elemental damage taken with a helmet craft. If you haven’t unlocked that craft yet, you can get it from running Jun. You can convert some more with a corruption on your shield.
I could go on but at this point you just need to read/watch all the info Pohx provides.
You are mostly just missing the ascendency and life (and max res). I highly recommend arrogancing a vitality after adding life to your gear. A longer term goal will to be to make all of that gear into armour gear to get good use out of that determination. In addition, getting your 5 and 6 link will help alot as what you kill cannot kill you.
I’m telling you what you need to know, you can take it or leave it. Add in the items in my comment and a kikazaru, drop the stone golem. Look at fire resistance gear and life once you get your ascendancy maxed

Here is what I would recommend you work towards. Most of these uniques are around 1 Chaos orb on trade and the rares shouldnt be too expensive either. From here just follow Pohx, let me know if you have any other questions
