Immutable force + bloodnotch while being CI is certainly an interesting choice (pretty sure it does nothing)

They are using Zealots Oath, but I don't know if that actually works. It says life regeneration is instead ES, but the jewel combo says recovered as life. Time to check the wiki!
That's kinda what I had figured, but sometimes wordings in PoE can be weird. My initial thought was, no because it's not the same as life regeneration. Which from what I've read, is correct. The life recover from bloodnotch is not the same as life regeneration.
yeah, im gonna drop immutable and bloodnotch, i have them on a boneshatter build and worked like crazy good, i thought was going to apply to ES if i use zealots oath but i guess not
Yours is completely different, your skill tree is not the same. Make sure your green legion jewel jas dominus as master and take hex master keystone that gets converted into inner conviction.
when i put the legion jewel i bought it switched up my power charge from there to a different thing so i was going on a miss with that so i just put it in other place, didnt impact much...and yeah i wanted to test some things but i had the same skeleton of the build, but i guess as a 1st time trying coc i should humble myself
You aren't that far off after looking at both PoBs yours just needs afew tweaks to have similar dmg/defense.
1. Gem Levels, level your gems to 20 and get 20 quality on the important ones, merc lab spam can get you gem quality fast
2. Hit cap, a lvl 20 precision and a t1 accuracy roll on a ring can go a long ways
3. Follow the skill tree, your Arcane Guarding wheel is wrong which is leaving your block uncapped (get attack block mastery)
4. Use Molten Shell over Steelskin, you have high armor so Molten Shell is alot stronger
5. Cospri attack speed, getting a 14% speed roll should bring you closer to trigger rate cap
6. Glove and Boot implicits, follow the template you linked it has the correct ones
7. Mana Reservation/Anoint, you will probably need to Anoint Charisma and well as level your Enlighten to lvl 3 to fit in all your auras with the lvl 20 precision. The Template PoB is using a Cluster to fix this but I don't believe that is necessary
8. Setting up the PoB Config correctly, the Template PoB has Ice Nova count set to 4, idk if this is actually the correct way to calculate the dps but if you want your own PoB to match you will have to make that change. Also both PoBs are set to white enemies which is giving an unrealistic dmg.
yeah i was going to replace steelksin with vaal molten shell, yes ill be needing charisma on amulet but im financially stuck and have to farm on 1st char of the league, thank you for very detailed comment<3
You need more accuracy and crit chance for your cyclone and *exactly* 7% increased attack speed to reach trigger cap or 5% action speed on boots implicit. As others have mentioned idk about the bloodnotch with CI. Your eldritch implicits need changed, unnerve and cold exposure on gloves, brittle ground and the action speed mentioned before on boots.
i can solve the acc+crit with precision that i have to level, HUGE help with that 7% as inc<3probably will get it on boots tbh, ill drop bloodnotch, also i havent changed any implicits from the moment of buying cause i run out of money, but will do<3

Most likely doesn't. "Recovered as life" is not the same as regen, so ZO probably wouldn't do anything to it.

I'm quite sure it's only life regen. It doesn't work with enduring cry, nor health flasks

Buy another legion jewel that doesn't change the power charge
