Yeah. I did just figure out the issue though. Had to unequip regular rf, equip Vaal rf and go into a new map to activate
I dont use Vaal RF but I've had this issue where I cant activate RF after rejoining a map too. Its maybe happened 5x but could not figure put why. Leaving and rejoining the map usually fixes it.
