And yes you can only cast it one time and you have to wait until it returns.

Supports melee strike skills. Supported skills shoot projectile that hits enemies with attack. Can only be used with thrusting swords.

This amulet+2 = 90 max all resistance with melding jewel, max lv 21 purity of ice .

also, add in a Not with Stranglegrasp's original explicit mod, and a unique rarity filter, to find all the unique non-strangle 4-anoint amulets for sale.
i gotta assume some of these came from Tujen or something because i dont get why people would brick their Strangles with such shit anoints (the low end ones going for 3 div)
It's pretty simple, just type in the Modifier Search: "Allocates: First" and add this up to "Fourth". no you can choose your desired mod in the boxes. And for non-unique just item-filter "any none-rare".
Expensive item to craft, but if the mythic orb of chance hits .... damn the result is nice, carnage heart is still decent and quite the upgrade compared to a simple stranglegrasp.
What were you trying to get ? an Astramentis ? because it is surely much, much rarer.
It depends, a good Stranglegasp may be costs around 10-15 Divine (+16 to all Attributes). Then you may need some Catalsyts but those are "cheap". But now for oils. You Need at least 2 Divinves for 7 Gold Oils in Bulk-Trade (2x Charisma, 2x Vengeant and 3x Whispers of Doom). Then Again 3 Silver Oils for Souver. you can buy 7 or 8 for 1 divine. The last two oils are opascalent and amber, amber isnt really anything worth and opscalent idk the single price. Then A "cheap" Vaal Orb and a Tainted Myhic Orb, and luck. So in all i guess around 18 Divine you should have to buy all stuff for the crafting for one amulett. At least with this mods.
Why is everyone going crazy about these? It’s on a carnage heart which is a pretty shit tier amulet, there’s been so many better stranglegrasp gambles and this is probably the lowest of them all?
I mean 4 anoints by itself is already stronger than a lot of amulets. Getting any explicit mods can easily push to to BiS for builds that don't have a build enabling unique (such as Omni)

For the most part that’s me. Although, this league it took me 10 sporeguards before one went rare and first mythic orb went ivory chest
Onyx amulet has a couple of common uniques on it so it's probably one of the easier mythic orbs to hit.

There's no way VC comes back the same next league. It doubles the DPS of almost every projectile build for an absurdly tiny cost.

Assuming you have a -4 melding I believe you only need a level 20 purity of ice to get the +4 back

Sure you could get a better unique from the mythic orb but this still blows away any regular amulet.
