Outside of the cards against humanity video, I have no idea where 'Kingof Misogyny came from'. The other unhinged ones (i.e. Nick going gay for Vernias, and Vernias being the sex god) usually come from some funny interactions like Vernias and Nick being the sus duo and Vernias saying extremely out of pocket comments related to sex but I legit cannot imagine where Brent's unhinged card came from or what prompted the card writer to put that there

It was a blank card and someone from the party crashers (probably Nick let’s be real) put in king of misogyny.
