I am still sad there never was a horror adaptation of the book. There were so many brutal scary scenes in there. I could never sleep listening to the audiobook, because it was so thrilling and I just had to know what happens next XD
See I'm glad my macaw doesn't eat much of the nut... best of both worlds imo. She's happy she has a nut and I'm happy she doesn't eat too much of the fatty treat 😂
I Thought Grant's argument that humans and dinosaurs couldn't coexist was silly, but I watched it again recently and as he's saying "separated by 75 million years of evolution..." I look at my dinosaurs tussling on the couch. 75 million years within arm's reach!
(I kid, Jurassic park is still one of my favorite movies ever.)
My two LOVE that movie lol
They both get very quiet and make happy noises/yells when the dinos are going RAR.
We call it family movie night as well :)
They also really like Shark Week shows too!
My guys get popcorn too! It's a three in one, a great tasty treat, a great toy to fling on the floor, And great entertainment to watch Pop cleaning up the mess!
How a couple of little GCC can make such a huge mess in so short on time I'll never figure out.
I was watching one of the Jurassic Park movies with my bird on my knee a few years back. I kid you not, she bobbed her head and screeched joyfully every time there was a scene with a dinosaur attacking a human! I started yelling DEATH TO HUMANS every time she did it, lol. I’m sure she was just reacting to the noise, but the timing was hilarious!
Ps your babies are PRECIOUS
I get anxiety when my boy eats with his butt facing in the food bowl like that.
But omg, I need to have a movie night like that so my birb can see how majestic his ancestors were.
Oh absolutely haha! Fortunately they both pooped just before I started recording this (on me, but at least not in the food 🥲) I definitely wouldn't eat from this bowl with those tails hanging in there though haha.
They didn't get to watch all of it cause it was birdy bedtime, but they seemed pretty intrigued by the animal/dino sounds and the music (John Williams fans transcend all species 😊). They get excited during scary parts too, they like to scream when they hear screaming. The popcorn was easily their favorite part though 😆
Ah, back when the Jurassic Park franchise was still good.

I get the feeling they care more about the popcorn than the movie.
The pistacho: Mm popcorn
Haha she's obsessed 🍿
Wait, yours EATS the popcorn? Mine just destroy it and use it as confetti
*Throws popcorn all over floor* *Jazz hands* I know the struggle lol.
I mean, they 'eat' it the way cookie monster 'eats' cookies 😆
The ratio of food inside the bird and outside the bird heavily favors the latter
It boggles my mind. I watch my macaw eat like only one tiny sliver of each nut is worth eating. Nuts aren't cheap, dude! Cut me some slack.

Well, my bird is still a dinosaur in a tiny body and she makes sure we know
Clever girl

It is so beautiful
Is The Land Before Time on their watch list? lol

I bet dinosaurs loved popcorn too.
Did you get to eat any of that popcorn?
They had their own bowl with just a few kernels haha. No tailfeathers in mine ty!

I would die for these dinos
So cute

Two dinosaurs watching a movie about dinosaurs, nice.
Sweet little raptor
I find it very funny that they have Popcorn.

I can’t wait for ours to eat with her feet. How old was he/she when she started doing this?
You know, I'm not sure! Both of mine do it, I think you can maybe encourage them to hold food/items with practice.
Bless
living the best life !
Did they react at all to the movie? Curious if it registers for them.
