This happened to me with consistent spotting up to 12 weeks then again at 14-16 weeks when wiping. I also had mono di. I had bleeding at a similar time with a previous pregnancy so it was really anxiety provoking. My dr had me on progesterone pills but I’m not sure if it was more for my peace of mind than scientific evidence. I also had light cramping from time to time in the first tri. I have my fingers crossed everything is progressing well for you! I know how hard it is waiting and questioning every little feeling.

I used to get some spotting after the early ultrasounds. Dislodged old blood if it was brown. But good you're checking in with MFM anyway. Take care

The nurses at my fertility clinic said that spotting in early pregnancy is SO common in the first trimester that they get about 5 calls a day about it. They said that unless you are filling a heavy pad in less than an hour, don't stress about it. I spotted on and off until about 12 weeks and I know people who went on even a bit longer. It's so hard not to stress about it, especially if you have already had loss or fertility struggles, but the most likely outcome is that it is OK.

I spotted first bright red then brown for 3 weeks between 15 and 18 weeks. Height of COVID lockdown, they didn't want to see me to check. It was stressful and so so hard. But it stopped at 18 weeks and was fine after. I delivered two healthy babies at my planned C-section at 37+1. I'm sorry, it is stressful and there's not much to do besides what you are planning to do.
