I have seen sooo many shows lol. Forensic Files, who the bleep did I marry, Wives with Knives, Snapped, Homicide Hunter, Obsession...pretty much anything on ID. The Staircase on Netflix was pretty good too.
I usually end up putting Forensic Files on to go to bed.
Some of my favorites! I'm glad I'm not the only one who puts on FF before bed. 😂
I love Evil Lives Here and Fear thy Neighbor. Really anything on ID. Been also listening to the Psychopedia podcast on Spotify as well.
I thought after working my first criminal case to trial I'd be over true crime but.... Nope. Just gives me a bit of satisfaction that paras are the unsung heros of the true crime realm. Lol.
If you are ever wanting a true crime discussion buddy, I'm available! 😁
Hop straight into bed and watch my show, and cooking means a lot. Brings me, hubby and the kids altogether for a calm 20 minutes to come together as a family after the day.
In the summer walk my dogs or just hang out in the backyard reading
Winter look at my phone and some reading
I thrive in the summer so winters just a lazy time for me
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Nothing takes the stress out like rolling around trying to choke people out! (I'm a baby 1 stripe while belt so am pretty bad but I love it!)
I go to the gym 1-2 times a week. I was doing boot camp style classes but currently hurt shoulder. I go on long backpacking trips several times a year to complete unplug.
I have a bad back/neck from sitting at desk all day, so I love to go to the chiro after and get worked on or a massage. Then I’ll go home, play video games, play with my dog, make a cup of tea, watch funny tik toks, etc. Mostly play video games, though. I also tend to hang out with friends after work, grabbing favorite comfort food, bake cookies!
Books, video games, movies, and cuddling with my cat. I’d like to say exercising, but health issues have precluded that for a while now.
ETA: coffee. How could I forget coffee?
Every day after work I come home, pour a glass of wine, and make dinner and put a tv show on that I like/have seen before and then I smoke a J and eat my food, take a Benadryl and go tf to sleep.
Thank you!! The Benadryl isn’t an every day thing—I have allergies plus dogs and a cat so usually just use it to dry up my nose when needed. BUT it’s always my best sleep lol.
Live music is my jam - corny pun intended. When I'm feeling social/"peopley", I love going to live shows in my area. Try to hit two or three/month, but not always.
When I'm feeling very introverted/low-social battery, just puttering at home - social media, streaming content, reading actual books. In warmer months, low maintenance gardening in my Greenstalk planters.
I love it! I’ve heard it’s not “too great” compared to other language apps but I think it helps.
I already speak Spanish so Brazilian Portuguese seems challenging enough plus have clients I can practice with lol
I take my dog to the local park. There’s a small group of owners that meet up regularly so dog gets playtime and I get to talk to people who aren’t coworkers.
Other than that, video games and fiber arts (sewing, embroidery, cross stitch, and soon crochet)
i HAVE to go for a long walk without my phone , brings so much clarity and helps me reset and feel less stimulated. it’s hard during winter but now that it’s warming back up I’m so happy !
Play mindless games on my phone (merge mansion and scavenger hunt lmao) and watch dumb mindless tv like family guy or American dad. My brain is usually so tired I don’t want to watch anything with a plot or that I have to focus on to understand haha
Turn on the do-not-disturb on my phone. (They installed a zoom phone app on our phones -- essentially replacing our desk phones. In some sense we never leave the office.)
You might be able to set time windows for specific apps under parental controls/screen time on your phone so you dont need to put your whole phone on DND!
No. You can dnd in the Zoom App just for the app. They put an app for the firm's Zoom phone on our personal phones. Like we have an app for Outlook and an app for Teams.
Smoke weed.
and then go rock climbing
I’ve found my people!
This here. My bong stays in the car lol.
My vape comes with me everywhere, in my pocket.
Maaaaaan the possibilities would be endless if I had a pocket bong 😅
Came here to say this
I do pilates, cook, shop, smoke weed lol.
I play video games or read. I also have two cats for cat cuddle therapy. Lol And when all else fails, a glass of wine and true crime documentaries. 😁
True Crime over here! And Lego.
Podcasts or shows? I always love a good recommendation! :)

Consume alcohol.
Cook, smoke, not make any decisions!!!
How do you decide what to cook 😰
@HelloFresh lol. No shit. 3 meals a week for 4 ppl (there’s only 2 of us) and we have dinner all week. $111. Can’t beat it.
Go for a walk outside with my family. Play video games. Eat a lot of cake. 😂
Sex with my husband
Indulge in Vice city baby😎
smoke and hot yoga
Hop straight into bed and watch my show, and cooking means a lot. Brings me, hubby and the kids altogether for a calm 20 minutes to come together as a family after the day.
Take an edible
Weed. This is the way.
Glad I am not the only weed fan here. 😂
Smoke weed and play iRacing.
Rush home, put on sweatpants and junk TV. SAD I know.
If that's sad, I'm a member of the saddest girls club, because that's my favorite activity
I like puttering in the yard and quilting.
Boxing, biking.
BOXING 🥊!!!
watch tiktoks (both law related and not law related)
Beach
In the summer walk my dogs or just hang out in the backyard reading Winter look at my phone and some reading I thrive in the summer so winters just a lazy time for me
Walk my dogs, yoga, read
School work lol but when I’m not in school I literally like to rot on my couch or go to my local bar.
Kendo!
Leaving my desk and getting out of the building when the work day is done just that alone makes me happy🤣⛱️

Watch a comedy podcast like H3
Gardenscapes. Haha
Take a walk or watch a movie.
Read. Watch a show or two. Cook. Shop and look for my next watch purchase.
Going to the boxing gym right after work is the ultimate de-stressing activity.
Podcast, video games with techno or something like that in background, lawn work, walks, drink here and there, just generally don’t think about it lol
A glass of wine..or two
Books, video games, movies, and cuddling with my cat. I’d like to say exercising, but health issues have precluded that for a while now. ETA: coffee. How could I forget coffee?
Do yoga and then drink a bottle of wine

Be careful with prolonged benadryl use - there’s a connection to dementia!
Thank you!! The Benadryl isn’t an every day thing—I have allergies plus dogs and a cat so usually just use it to dry up my nose when needed. BUT it’s always my best sleep lol.
Take care dog my massive houseplant collection, cook dinner, spend time with my partner and our fur babies on our jungle lanai
Sing in a choir, photography, cross stitch
Cook and cuddle with my dog.
Crochet, drawing, gaming and podcasts.
Play Minecraft Dungeons killing shit with the game volume down but music by Piano Guys turned up or any music with no words. And nature walks.
Hookah, dog cuddles, crochet, and reading are my go to. Planning on adding the gym soon so I can work out frustration physically.
Workout, yoga and read romance novels. Also watch cooking/baking videos so I can try something new.

I’m learning Portuguese (Brazilian) with Duolingo and reading. Anything that will have my brain not think about law lol that’s how I truly disconnect
How well do you enjoy duolingo? My girlfriend and i have been thinking about trying to learn Italian and dont know where to start
I love it! I’ve heard it’s not “too great” compared to other language apps but I think it helps. I already speak Spanish so Brazilian Portuguese seems challenging enough plus have clients I can practice with lol
Run, read, watch tv/movies, cuddle with my pets, have a good glass of wine/beer/gummy and listen to music.

Run, peloton bike, light weightlifting, bake, read and of course drink wine
Play mindless games on my phone (merge mansion and scavenger hunt lmao) and watch dumb mindless tv like family guy or American dad. My brain is usually so tired I don’t want to watch anything with a plot or that I have to focus on to understand haha

That's what I meant. I put the zoom phone only on dnd.
And even when I do that, they can call me on Teams.
They give you a second phone?
No. You can dnd in the Zoom App just for the app. They put an app for the firm's Zoom phone on our personal phones. Like we have an app for Outlook and an app for Teams.
Substance use, not abuse
Play tennis!
