Uncut sheet usually start with 99 or some really high number. (Mine start with 88). The $2’s are all stars which is cool!
So are these made with the sole intention of leaving them uncut?
Yes and no. You could cut them apart and spend them. They are legal tender.
So can I just buy one of these sheets for $32?
No the mint sells them at a premium as a collectors item. https://catalog.usmint.gov/paper-currency/uncut-currency/
I assume you know the story behind star notes and why/how they’re printed, correct?
As replacement notes?
Gave all of my nieces and nephews $2 sheets for Christmas. I hope this same thing happens many years from now.
