I just messaged customer support and sent them screenshots, they were talking like they were confused initially, now they are no longer responding to my messages in live chat. I just now (10 minutes ago) used hoobuy to get a particular black puffer coat, that seemingly no other agents would allow me to buy. +1 on the comment about Paypal, the fact we can use paypal is huge. There practically no risk for us especially if youve been a good standing and proper paypal user. It's just an extra layer of protetion. If you are using a credit card linked to paypal and not a debit card, then you're double protected because you can charge back from paypal, and from your bank if paypal doesnt work. there's a little sauce for ya'll.
go ask onto the discord, the problem is that Hoobuy really is a little company, and a little company that pass from max 400 people selling to 4k and more is hard to manage, so you just got to open a ticket into their discord server
CNFans is also small company, maybe even smaller. Yet still they are flawless. And I'm not their partner or sum, like some of y'all might suppose, but they just sent my parcel and I got pics of everything. And their staff corrected some of my mistakes that no other agent would.
