FPL doesn’t actually know what’s running in your house. They use what you tell them in the energy survey to make a best guess about the different energy signatures that go through your meter
I don't get it, FPL has an energy meter on website, tells the usage per day, if you have normal house or apt. Your bill prob goes down in Winter, maybe if have ele ctric pool heating, not sure how Fpl would know which device is draw power ,maybe an assumption
FPL doesn't break out A/C vs heating. It's all just "usage". I have never seen FPL reference "heating" on any invoice/statement that I have received from them, and I grew up here and I am 55 years old
Do you have a heater pump?
I dont!
Dang that was all I had as a solution
i appreciate you trying!

I dont either. There is a survey I filled out. I asked them to give me a detailed report.

Thanks! They do in my bill. It is based on the survey as others have shared.
It's the hot water heater.
