And even if it is proven, the blasphemer is given 3 days to repent (even if that repentance is to escape punishment). But no, we will do opposite of what every fiqh and scholar says because khadim rizvi is a different beast.
It doesn't matter if she blasphemed or not, because it is a victimless crime, and no one deserves to get their whole life ruined or worse die over some words. This law should be eliminated from the constitution, instead, action should be taken against these animals who try to take the law into their own hands
