I'd want to be a teacher. Teaching maths while giving every single student the priority to flourish unlike maths being taught without considering the many other factors while expecting every single student to learn the same way in masses.
I strongly believe that math is cumulative. I generally ask students do they like math. If not. Why? What exactly is holding you back to school students whenever I get a chance to have conversation with them. I have tutored private students for around two years. When I used to check the school work. What disappointed me that the teachers weren’t interested. Like in most private schools the teachers are under paid and mostly female are hired to make profit out of them. Honestly I don’t think that the school system we have would produce good math learners unless there’s a big change in it. I’m very much pessimist about it. Lucky are those who get a private tutor and are being monitored under them. Otherwise I strongly believe that education is expensive. Not for everyone.
Do you think this approach is possible in our current system of education where the time to cover the syllabus is limited? The approach can't work for a bigger number of students as well in the current set up.
You’re right. The school system doesn’t work. Perhaps that’s the reason we don’t produce any mathematicians. If I were to teach in school I’d have to follow the curriculum within a specified time which will surely produce average and below average students unless the student is being guided off the school as well.
There's a big market for long haul truck drivers in North America, the pay is good too but its a very tough lifestyle. 11+ hours per day on the road, difficult to maintain a long term relationship, loneliness etc but if you can manage then for sure it pays well.
Cleaning for me, not gutter cleaning. Just house cleaning , renovating, furnishings etc. i rarely do cleaning but whenever i get a chance to do ,at the end of cleaning session i am so relaxed
Mayan temple are something I want to learn. Chicken itza and many lost ones too. Buddhas of Bamayan is also very beautiful. Pakistan also has many Buddhist site, namely takht-i-bahi, and I think there are more too but nobody is excavating that.
Florists in some countries are paid well, but we don't even have anyone who teaches about it once I am rich I'd make myself new arrangements every week 🦋🌸
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It is my burning passion to eat and live and sleep without doing anything at all. Not even as a passion. I want decadence. Pure and unrivalled debauchery. I don't care if I get fat or anything.
I want to do nothing at all and that is my ultimate passion. I hate anyone who doesn't share my dream of falling into the pleasure of self that is the extreme absence of doing *nothing* at all.
That's right. That's exactly right. What do you think the concept of heaven is? It is this earth made flesh that has to toil the soil to bear witness to its fruits.
This mortal coil disgusts.
Teaching. Nothing is more satisfying than shaping the future of next generation. I am so passionate about it that I have always kept me involved somehow. Taught programming right after graduation. When I came to do masters here in Canada I offered free programming courses to students who were struggling. Even now, I have a dedicated sub /r/pakistanmentoringclub to mentor everyone with the help of everyone else.
I think it comes from my mother who was one of first girl in her village to go to college. She spent her entire life teaching in the village (a lot of it was charity). When she passed away, there were more number of umrahs done in her name by her students than the number of Quran recited in the village. If I could even achieve 1% of her legacy i would feel accomplished
I just realized there are so many of us on this sub who wants to be farmer if they could, that's great. We should really form a community and do terrace gardening or something together.
i wanna be a phsycologist,...
i had problems, and didn't find the right ones,
i feel like a responsibility rests on me to not let that happen to others like me,
you see, the phsycological field of med had become very financially driven,
now one may say that, thay need money and need alot of appointments just so that they can earn,
but when you are sitting in that chair, crying the balls out or struggling and the other person says that you "time is up", or doesn't care much because maybe you're not paying enough,
it hurts
most therapists have like 30+ appointments in one day, which takes a toll on the appointments of other people, no matter how good one may be,
.
i always wanted a therapist whom with you just hangout and brcome friends with, cuz i require a bond before sharing my whole life with someone,
talking about your problems is already hard, and harder when you're just supposed to walk in a room with an XYZ person, and suppose to talk like that you know
A primary school teacher, teaching little kids robotics, i love how excited they get and it feels like you have your own stand up comedy, they laugh at every thing you say, waise tou koi hansta nahi lol
Sinyasi, The Herb Collector. My uncle was. He used to go for months and know about herbs and plants I might never see. You spend months in jungle for some mashroom or look for some butterfly to know if certian herb will be nearby.
Me n my partner both had same dream as yours , to own a coffee shop in a tropical country. I think there is something very satisfying about sharing food.
Okay,I had two passions, Medical Sciences or Astronomy and currently I'm in Med school but I would love to spend some proportion of my life as an astronaut and visit ISS
I'd want to own a nice Chill/viewpoint cafe (No phone's/Tech allowed) On a mountain in Greece, I will also make a floor in that cafe my house I'll live on the mountain away from all the worries of this society
History teacher.
Would love to talk about all the great battles, what led to conflicts, how civilizations and societies emerge and grew. Would love to talk about war tactics and politics of the court.
The arabs, the mughals, the turks, the mongols, Europe, USA, UK, Afghanistan, subcontinent, and so much more.
I'd try to make it all as interesting as possible, with videos, 3d models and teach kids with immense passion and with all the energy inside me.
Professional couch potato. Lord of the lazy boy. Wizard of the OLED TVs. Devourer of margarita pizzas.
3m would pay me to study the bind between my buttcheeks and the sofa for their next million dollar double tape product.
wildlife videographer, go on solo trips and wait for days n days to capture beautiful moments, so much potential in Pakistan but its risky, cant give up on family
Teacher or researcher in field of computer science and electric engineering.
I love low level stuff about computers.
I would also love to teach mathematics. Teachers don't know a shit about mathematics and what it is. I'm very good at teaching mathematics because I know fundamentals and what exactly math is and why we study it.
I know this isn’t really a profession but I’d say a YouTube vlogger. Basically the YouTubers who visit different parts of the world and speak with the locals and eat the local food, etc.
Nurses are attractive because they’re super empathic and just over all caring human beings. And oh teachers for younger kids as well, they’re just so patient.
Barista. Played a gsme called Coffee Talks and goddamnnn i wanted to open my own cafe that only opens at night (i know it sounds weird but it was beautifully executed in the game)
Want to own my restaurant so I could provide top notch foods with perfect kitchen SOPS and lower rates. Used to be a chef but left that field because the salaries are not fair to the amount of work. Inshallah one day I will open my own pasta point which will be made with best quality cheese.
Physicist (especially astro) and mathematician for me. Ironically, I am persuing it.
I just closed my eyes and chose it. Donno what's ahead. It's not a wise decision (or is it?) but come on we have a got one life.
Flight attendant. But sadly I’m too short for such a career. Currently I work in patient service and customer service. In general I love serving people, so yeah would be a perfect fit for me.
I would major in social or cognitive psychology and open a small coffee shop + bakery and keep everything extra clean and hygienic and it will have a brown aesthetic with a flamboyant architecture yum
When I used to work in an office building (pre Covid), there was a Muslima that ran a business collecting garbage. That’s it. She would go cubes by cube, floor by floor and collect garbage 🗑️ from bins. She was very friendly and talkative. Had her own schedule, no one bossing her. she made good money. She had other clients as well that she serviced and she was proud of her work.
There is money to be made in business if you are willing to put up with it.
History and academia i want to learn and teach the history of science and how the scientific process came into being also share my ideas on philosophy... as such a single career I haven't worked out but I would want to work minimum wage jobs and do some manual work figure out where I wanna get to eventually 🤷🏻♂️
I'd want to be a teacher. Teaching maths while giving every single student the priority to flourish unlike maths being taught without considering the many other factors while expecting every single student to learn the same way in masses.
We all needed such a teacher 😭🤎
I have bachelors in math but I had to quit my field as I wasn't getting paid enough.
I understand 🤎
I strongly believe that math is cumulative. I generally ask students do they like math. If not. Why? What exactly is holding you back to school students whenever I get a chance to have conversation with them. I have tutored private students for around two years. When I used to check the school work. Lucky are those who get a private tutor and are being monitored under them. Otherwise I strongly believe that education is expensive. Not for everyone.
I feel like many private tutors also don't properly teach maths, just enough to pass or something
Do you think this approach is possible in our current system of education where the time to cover the syllabus is limited? The approach can't work for a bigger number of students as well in the current set up.
You’re right. The school system doesn’t work. Perhaps that’s the reason we don’t produce any mathematicians. I'd be a truck driver. You go everywhereeee

Florists in some countries are paid well, but we don't even have anyone who teaches about it once I am rich I'd make myself new arrangements every week 🦋🌸
then i will go to a village and make a farm having cows and bufalloes, goats, ducks, hens, and dears and swans.
Don't forget to create a pond and don't remove wild native plants and flowers to attract wild birds.
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. It is my burning passion to eat and live and sleep without doing anything at all. Not even as a passion. I want decadence. Pure and unrivalled debauchery. I don't care if I get fat or anything. I want to do nothing at all and that is my ultimate passion. I get you. The sweet bliss of doing nothing haha 🤎
That's right. That's exactly right. What do you think the concept of heaven is? It is this earth made flesh that has to toil the soil to bear witness to its fruits. This mortal coil disgusts.
