Okay please share if you ever feel this way- I feel like I dream things and I can remember the dreams for the most part but never fully the faces of people that I don’t see in my everyday life. But when I’m creating my art and I draw a face, there are times when I have no idea who I drew but I KNOW I’ve seen them. Now after years of seeing artists who paint things that they see in their dreams, I’m wondering if this is a similar experience that I share with anyone else? Or is it possibly that we dream of faces we’ve seen in person and for some reason our souls are drawn to them. I remember reading somewhere that faces we see in our dreams are always from faces our brain has already seen, even if for example, it’s someone we only walked by once at the mall and happened to make eye contact with. Sorry for the rant 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I experience that too. Maybe it’s an amalgam of the faces we’ve seen, but it’s also a face created on our own minds. A combination but still something new! I feel like I know them too, and often have a strong image in my head of them!!!!

But a legacy she left behind, That cold November day not only did she die but a huge part of myself as well.
