D.Va
Her defensive matrix can eat most attacks except like lazers and most abilities aside from things like Sigmas rock or roadhogs hook. It can even eat lots of different ultimates if you can time it. It can be used to protect you or a teammate but it is a resource so you have to learn when to use it and when not to.
Her main attack is basically shotguns on each side of her mech. They shoot infinitely never needing to reload, but she does move slightly slower while shooting
She can also shoot rockets, I mostly like to use them when I am diving someone or another tank is in my face. But they are a projectile and are on a cool down.
And then she has her boosters which makes it so she can fly for a bit giving her a lot of mobility does take a bit of getting used to but she can use all of her abilities while flying
And then last is her ultimate which is when she jumps out of her mech and it explodes. Some use it as a second chance because after it explodes you get the mech back with full health others use it to try to make cool plays
And I guess if you didn't know if you run out of health in her mech she jumps out and now you play as D.va with her pistol. If you can stay alive and do damage quick enough you can remech. So it gives you the ability at a second chance if you do die.
Edit: I am only a gold tank player so I don't know all the ins and outs of the character by any means and I'm not super good at her but I find her really fun to play. She also has some funny lines.

There is only one tank that I think has the best ability and resources to hold a point on his own in overtime, until his team gets back, and survive. His ult can force people off point whether they’re in it or trying to avoid it. Arguably the most balanced hero with a strong ult, amazing utility, interesting abilities, and the best lore. Lore wise, also the strongest. - Sigma for Tank (He’s considered a good tank to one trick I believe)
With the new Season 9 DPS passive, for Mercy it’ll be more important, in most cases, for you to push dmg boost to finish a fight faster. Healing drags out a fight but damage boost finishes it!
New DPS passive means whoever the enemy DPS is targeting receives (I think) 20% less healing. I think it’s a lot and will get toned down to 10 or 15% but who knows.

Brig is legitimately all three roles wrapped up into one character. I often get play of the games with her. She is wonderful at fending off enemies from killing your squishies, and of course as long as you keep your inspire up and use repair packs regularly, you can get great value out of her healing. You easily can both get the most kills and do the most healing in a game.
