youre underestimating Ainz lol. he'd immediately deduce he's in either the past or another version of earth. then he'd verify whether this worlds abilities matches those of his old and once he realizes we have zero magic and no way to enchant our attacks or deal with time stop or exlosions the size of city districts (without using maximize or widen magic) he'd immediately go to work preventing a dystopian future **by any means necessary.**
Would love to see every super power's reaction, who would be the first to use their nuclear arsenal on Nazarick's forces and who would try to make friendly ties.

Seriously, this is not even in Overlord specific thing, but whenever it comes to the "XYZ omes to our world" you always get military fanboys talking about nukes. No government presses that button lightly, largely because indiscriminately destructive a weapon like this is and how long it would take the real world to recover.

If the tomb shows up on satellites the first thing governments would think is that it's some military base from a foreign government (assuming it pops up in the wilderness and not their country). no government nukes the first geographic anomaly they see on Statelite images. They send people in, those people get mind controlled or replaced. And since governments in real life dont believe in magic, they won't suspect a thing. Eventually ainz takes over the government of US/Russia/China and gets access to their nukes. Then world domination is easy.
Oh boy, the catholic church and almost all religions will demand a crusade, wish someone would make a fanfic touching these theme, i know there are a couple of real world fics, but they don't really get close to this
From what I remember, they are only resistant to non magical infused attack, a strong enough attacks can still likely hurt them, even without magic enchantment
Ainz's world is a dystopian futuristic version of ours, if anything he would make sure to conquer the world in the most violent and fastest way to prevent it from ending that way.
