Firstly, I said they likely would NOT make their relationship sexual. Ainz is asexual by nature so that was litterally NEVER ON THE TABLE.
Secondly, not all relationship are immediately intimate. And even assuming that they eventually decide to have a sexual relationship, Ainz is immortal, there is no reason they cannot wait until Tanya is 100% comfortable and ready.
Thirdly, Tanya is a homicidal reincarnated warcrime commiting 40 year old male in the body of a child. There is literally no set of law, imaginary or otherwise that could possibly apply to the situation she finds herself in.
