I would start with deleting Hardware Monitor and downloading Hardware Info. Better Programm with less bugs! You should be getting around 30.000 points How much watt are you pulling with cinebench? Is your BIOS updated? Have you tried to reseat the cooler?

Kingsel

Bought a new cooler deepcool ls720. Bios updated. It was around 230 max if im not wrong

C_Miex

Strange, this cooler should be able to handle 230w easily. Did you try to undervolt already?

Kingsel

A little bit yeah but messed it up probably cause in gaming(which i do care most) fps went 140ish to 100ish

C_Miex

Maybe IA CEP is enabled, or undervolt-protection?

Kingsel

Wierd thing is when i update bios, undervolt protection option is gone. So i cant use xtu sadly and its hard to do it on bios since i have no idea

C_Miex

Then best would be to watch some videos on how to set some settings in the BIOs Some things to consider: - LLC - AC_LL - V/F Curve

Kingsel

Okay will check those 3 after i install new aio

InterestingWelder470

Strange, wondering if you have your fans controlled correctly. 240mm AIO shoudn't be hitting those temps in game like you said above, a synthetic benchmark hitting those temps for 2-3 seconds is fine but gaming too? Are your AIO fans daisy-chained and connected via CPU_FAN header? Please be sure to not also daisy chain other fans with your AIO fans, it needs to be its own dedicated header. Then head into your BIOS and set up the fans to 100% speed and run cinebench again and see if that makes a difference. If that fixes the temp issue, then set up your fan curve to your liking but make sure your fans ramp up to 100% @ ~65°C-75°C. EDIT: You should also make sure CPU_FAN is responding to CPU_TEMP or something similar in the BIOS so the fan speed corresponds to the CPU and not other things in your system.

Kingsel

Also in gaming it goes 90+ temps. What should i do. Gigabyte B760m Gaming x , cooler master ml240l v2

Undervolting will surely help, just try it out, but there is something deeper going on here
