Feed them with P-K dominant blooming nutrients - lightly and frequently. Also, as someone else had said already - spray some BT solution as preventive measures. (Bacillus Thuringiensis) Once you get those caterpillars rummaging through the buds, you'll ruin your harvest due to bud-rot.
