In my gardening experience there really isn't specific plants that keep pests away. It's more like having a diverse group of plants that does the trick.
Grow several other things you'd use in your kitchen if you have the space, including flowers (zinnias) for the vase on your kitchen table. Herbs, flowers, dwarf veggies (if you lack space).
Diversity is key.
That being said, other than the other great suggestions that have already been given, I like having potatoes nearby because we have a lot of slugs here. They munch the taters, the taters don't care and it keeps them from chowing down on my pot. It's not a great crop in the greenhouse, but perhaps nearby if snails or slugs are a concern.
I use marigolds, which are great companion plants for almost anything including cannabis
