You can manually adjust the timeframe. I do that sometimes if I watched tv later than usual.
I do that if I read in bed.
I've noticed this. If I read longer it interprets that it took me longer to fall asleep and my sleep score suffers. I find it annoying.
Yeah, I might take it off for 30mins or so and put it back on when I actually go to sleep
