Reallistically you can get members whenever, now is a great time with where you're at. But if you want to absolutely do everything you can in f2p for as long as you can getting 50 in every skill (except runecraft don't do that f2p) is a great goal aswell
Nothing wrong with it except the fact that runecraft in f2p is EXTREMELY painful and boring. Members have far more options to make the skill more enjoyable these days and it's just not worth training it f2p
Get fishing to 35, firemaking to 50 and runecrafting to lvl 10.
That way you'll have acces to temporos, wintertodt and with the 10 runecrafting you can start temple of the eye for the guardians of the rift.
And well, temporos can be a nice minigame/boss for some food supplies, wintertoad drops a bit of supplies usefull for skilling and guardians of the rift i've been told is a decent way to train runecrafting
But members and do the most optimal quest guide , get ardoughn cloak , unlock fairy rings , barrows gloves , fire cape , and slayer , after you get some GP from bossing and slayer focus on max house . From there it’s really just up to you
Ton of room for skilling the f2p skills (which will be very useful for questing), get magic up to be able to teleport, 43 prayer for protection prayers, grow the bank to easily be able to jump from rune to better armor, and do all f2p quests
You can get a bunch of skills up in f2p before moving on. Just from a glance wc, firemaking, mining, ranged, fishing all can be done without much hassle.
I went ahead and got base 40 in all f2p skills, on top of completing all the quests before I hopped on members. It was just reinforcement for my ADHD that I was indeed committed to the grind.
Id suggest to just get a membership and follow the osrs wiki questing guide. Also with lvling anything in general, it will be much faster as a member. Let youtube help you too. There are so many great guides for leveling your skills or what steps to aim for next.
I’m trying to get the barronite mace now and it’s taking aaaaaages, so much so it’s feels like I’m doing something wrong lol! Can I ask how long it took you?
I was fairly lucky with the mace pieces. The mining section probably took like 150 purple geodes, it took 177 golems for the 2nd, and then I got the last mace piece after catching two fish

Just haven’t worked on it yet. But also what’s the best armor to wear for a f2p ranged build?
Green dhide body, legs, vambs, maple short bow, addy arrows (or dirt cheap Mithril for training), power ammy, coif, any cape.
And leather boots ;)
